PoliticsArthur Nzeribe's Sickness: I Guess He'll Now Know That He Is Human After All by Justcash(op): 1:06am On Mar 07, 2011
Arthur Nzeribe is the real evil genius. This man sold weapons that killed millions of people and single handedly took the lives of people both for rituals and political reasons. Anyone that know him well will notice that the man behaves as if he will never die. He thinks that he is a sort of god. Now, old age is catching up with him. He is now very fragile. I guess his ego will be seriously deflated. Like Men of his kind before him, he will abandon his shrines and face the church (Like OBJ is doing now) in an attempt to deceive the Creator. I am not a saint, but I detest the effect of the lives of people like Arthur Nzeribe on the masses. Instead  of joy, Happiness and Liberation they brought sorrow, death and suffering. May almighty God help him. I hope IBB, ATIKU, Obasanjo, Anenih and co are learning from what this man is passing through. They will all be stone dead in their coffins one day, just like every human being (Poor and Rich) will be and they cannot take their money and influence with them. There is no difference between a golden coffin and a wooden coffin. All of them are the same. They serve the same purpose, and neither heaven nor hell considers earthly status as a pre-requisite for joining or avoiding their joy/torment.

The Story

There is growing anxiety over the failing health of the longest-serving Senator in the country, Chief Arthur Nzeribe. Nzeribe who was in the Senate for five terms representing Imo West had been absent in the recent times at public functions in the state following his fragile health except on few occasions in his Oguta country home.

Daily Sun reports that Nzeribe’s personal physician had metaphorically relocated to the Senator’s home to keep watch on him. The state of health of the maverick politician has sent jitters into some of the politicians in the state who were believed to have ridden on his popularity to the forthcoming elections.

The growing concern over the health of the senator climaxed when he was absent during the flag off of President Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign in Owerri last month. It also became worrisome when Nzeribe now in his 70s had to abandon the use of his fleet of his SUVs owing to his rumoured inability to climb into them easily. Rather, he rides salon cars.

The worsening plight of Nzeribe was noticeable at the weekend during a reception organised for Chief Hope Uzodinma, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Imo West, at the country home of the Oguta born politician. It look Nzeribe some time to appear at the ceremony.

Nzeribe who is now a shadow of his old self was brought to the venue of the reception from his main building to the Obi palace in a car in a distance that was less than 10 minutes walk. Nzeribe was suppoprted on both sides by his aides while entering into the hall to prevent him from slumping. It look him about 20 minutes to get to the podium.

As the occasion progressed, Nzeribe could hardly utter a word. He only managed to raise his hands to acknowledge cheers from his teeming supporters. The colourful ceremony was hurriedly brought to an end to enable the senator to return home for medical attention. Some of the top politicians who attended the ceremony confided in Daily Sun yesterday that overseas medical treatment was being planned for Nzeribe. It was not clear the kind of ailment he was suffering from.

They also suggested that Nzeribe might be flown abroad after the April polls when some of his disciples who are contesting elections might have won their elections. Meanwhile, latest checks indicate that Nzeribe was o kay and would in fact host Governor Ikedi Ohakim in his Oguta country home today.

What part of ACN is corrupt? Who within the ACN is a convicted criminal under the laws of Nigeria?

Were GEJ and OBJ ever convicted for stealing funds? I bet they are saints because they were never convicted. I told you that you reason like a Lizard.

Eko Ile:
If for what ever reason you can not come up with any, then hushh and quit making baseless and ignorant accusations.
You make blind accusations and expect another person to give you evidence for his/her own accusation. You called OBJ and GEJ thieves, where is your own evidence against them? Lizard brain! grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Eko Ile:
On the other hand, there are not only convicted corrupt and convicted criminals withing the PDP ruling class, they welcome and support the convicted criminals within their party. It's a clear case of aiding and abetting.
A PDP government even managed to send their fellow member to jail for stealing. Why was ACN protecting Fashola from being probed when corruption allegations were brought against him? Why did Tinubu poo in his pant during that time. Anyway your much revered Tinubu (god of ACN) have been discovered to be very corrupt during his tenure as governor of Lagos state. He is about to be probed. By the time they flog his as-s in Kirikiri and freeze his assets, he will become humble and responsible. Anumanu like you! Keep supporting a Criminal and condemning other criminals.  undecided undecided undecided undecided undecided

See political analyst, abeg don't quit your day job for your own good,

My point is that you point fingers at PDP for being corrupt, anti-developmental and devilish, forgetting that your revered ACN is not better in anyway.
The day you cure yourself of tribal politics is the day you will reason like a human being should. For now, you reason like a Lizard.
If it was about OBJ stealing billions, you'll be jumping around screaming, "Crucify him!!!!".
Now it is about Tinubu stealing billions, You are looking for a reason to show that it is ok for him to steal and impose his family on Nigerians. Ode!
You have indeed been blinded by the 1,000 naira notes you catch at ACN rallies. I don't blame your poor As's. Tinubu is like a god to you because he gives you little alms, while he steals and plunder public funds through his agents.
PoliticsRe: (Oriental Hotel, Lekki) So, What Will Happen When Tinubu Gets To Federal Level? by Justcash(m): 7:26am On Mar 02, 2011
ACN is not different from PDP. They are all birds of the same feather. They cannot liberate Nigeria. If ACN gets the chance, they will rig, steal and kill to remain there, just like PDP is doing. This is why PDP is not ready to change yet, because they know that if they play a fair game, the opposition will take over and shut them out through rigging and armed thugs.
Tinubu is a multi-billionaire now. He wasnt this rich in 1999. His corruption even infuriated Fashola at a point. he is stinkingly rich, and he has shown some traces of despotism in him lately. These are the features of PDP politicians too. Fashola steals too, with all the other ACN Politicians.
Most of all, Fashola is not ACN. He is just part of the party. What is he doing that is different from what Chime and Amaechi are doing?

Where is the logic in this post of yours? Under the very watchful eyes of GEJ OGUN state house of Assembly was closed down for the past 6 months without recourse to sensibility, under the very watchful eyes of GEJ, Nigerias excess crude oil account was plundered to just $25 million dollars with no development to show for it, under GEJ Nigerias capital was bombed on our independence day despite the fact that British intelligence Agencies have alerted us 48 before the incident, after the bombing GEJ throw caution to the winds and declared that he knows the people behind the bomb blast and that they Politicians yet the guy being prosecuted for this is not a politician, GEJ cronies point accusing fingers at IBB As the man behind it, yet no arrest was effected, GEJ turns around to proclaim the same IBB as his Father and Mentor meaning GEJ values his Presidency than the lives of Nigerians who lost their lives in the bomb blast he pointed accusing fingers at his mentor. He came to the south west and labelled the leaders of the Region Rascals. Men if you don't have any other thing to say Abeg go and sleep. Your contradictions may be because of Brain overheating. So go sleep.

And those were the only things that you noticed about GEJ's administration? I bet Fashola should be said to be anti-developmental because Doctors went on strike (Patients died), Roads that were Supposedly repaired by him crumbled right infront of you , Mushin is yet to look like VI, Criminals still rob and assassinate people in Lagos state etc?
What is the use of you judging GEJ because the SSS, Policemen and Military men that he deployed failed to do their jobs well?
What do you want him to do about Ogun, when Ogun citizens have the right to sue their government to court for that action? You think it is just easy for GEJ to enter a state and control things. He is not a dictator.
Why are you blaming him for no development, when the excess crude oil account money that you were blabbing about was taken out, shared to states, and ministries for some developments? You seem to forget that Nigeria wanted to burn because that Money was untouched, and Nigerians questioned the need of keeping the money, calling it illegal in some cases.
What sort of development do you want to see within 9 months that have not been done? You'd be senseless to be expecting Nigeria to develop within 9 months.
Did GEJ tell you that he is a Magician? Is it even not in front of you that power supply rose to 3,800 and 4,000 MW recently due to billions of naira investments in t he sector?
What else do you want him to do about Jos that he is not doing?
How does calling ACN Politicians rascals amount to calling Western region's leaders rascals?
Why OBJ with all his gra gra no arrest IBB and others, despite the overwhelming evidence that he had? You think it is just easy to arrest people without adequate evidence. It is not his duty to arrest people. He is not despotic. It is the duty of the security men to do that. And they arrested people for that bomb blast. You are definitely not satisfied because the people you want in jail were not arrested abi? GEJ will not do that for you.

You are not being fair. You would not even achieve anything in 2 years, apart from stealing money obviously, if you were given  the same chance. You think say na moi moi to develop Nigeria. You seem not to know how deep the rot in Nigeria is.

This is how you rate an infective and incompetent leader?

Jos is still burning and Nigerians are still dying, but this clueless man is running his mouth as if Jos is not part of Nigeria or any of his responsibility.

His part and government is corrupt and inept and this same shameless and corrupt president sent a public official paid by the Nigerian taxpayers to welcome a convicted criminal from prison.

Nigerians are indeed funny animals, I even question you people's mental capacity sometimes,

when GEJ came into power, he met Jos, Niger-delta, Abia state and Boko Haram burning?

He curtailed Abia's kidnapping issue and Niger delta oil pipeline rampage within his time. He is Concretely tackling the madness in Jos and the North as we can see. What else do you expect him to do that he is not doing. Please tell me what you would do to Jos if you were in his shoes? Are you expecting him to bomb the Beroms and Hausa/Fulanis? You are definitely being insincere by saying that he is doing nothing about Jos.

Well as for welcoming Bode George from Jail, there is no where that it is written that the president welcomed BJ from Jail. PDP and their officials did. It is not GEJ's fault that they did. And he has done his part by ensuring that BJ served out his punishment in jail for stealing. What stopped him from influencing the release of the man?

GEJ is one of the best that we have ever had in Nigeria. He may not be comparable to the Obamas of this world, but he is definitely breaking records as Nigeria's leader. Who ever dreamt of having a Leader that looks up to his Countrymen?

I respect your view, but You need to stop being unnecessarily critical.

If you don't own any property abroad Mr Goodluck, it is because you are born into a very poor peasant fishing family managing life like every other person without any money.  It is because you are a poor salaried teacher until won the lottery into the Nigerian politics.

So, why should anyone expect you to own a property in your village, worth more abroad?
Just tell us where you got the 50 thousand dollars you gave Pastor Bakare and his group for taxi money from? We had been asking this question for months without any answers.

Stop pontificating about what you don't have, because you don't merit or deserve to have them in the first instance, hence not a big deal or an achievement.

Having been an ex-deputy governor (To Alams) of Bayelsa state, and a governor at a point, is enough for him to have accounts in every country in the world. He is using everything that he has to score political points. That is expected. After all people like Tinubu are using his statement to score political points against him. It is politics. Look at Achike Udenwa. He was a poor Teacher too before Politics, but the man not gat accounts abroad like mad.
PoliticsRe: Why I Own No Foreign Property – Jonathan by Justcash(m): 7:29am On Mar 01, 2011
Jonathan has been impressive so far.
He got the right to boast about having everything in Nigeria because it is difficult to find politicians that does not have properties, or several accounts abroad. Almost every governor have Orchard Green Bank accounts abroad. Some are even Citizens of other countries e. g. Americans, British etc.

Little wonder why my own party, APGA, and some other parties have adopted Jonathan as their candidate.

THE MAN IS TRYING. HIS LEADERSHIP IS BREAKING SERIOUS RECORDS THAT WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR OTHER POLITICIANS TO EMULATE.

I guess he was trying to say that no one should vote for ACN because of Tinubu or Tribal reasons. If you have to vote for ACN, vote based on what they can offer, not based on tribe, or Tinubu.
I support him if this is what he meant. I sincerely wish Tinubu was not the leader of ACN. I don't know why Nigeria cannot have progressive men like Duke, Fashola, Chime etc leading political parties.
Politics18 Nigerians Killed By Equitorial Guinea: victims demand $158 million by Justcash(op): 3:19pm On Feb 28, 2011
AT least, 18 Nigerians have been killed in Equatorial Guinea allegedly on the order of the government as survivors demand $158 million compensation from the government of that country.
This was disclosed in a petition dated February 25, 2011, which was sent to President Goodluck Jonathan by the aggrieved members of the
Nigeria-Malabo Boat Operators Association.
The petition, which was signed by their Chairman, Capt. Edet Bassey Archibong
and Secretary Capt. Nnani Polycarp Nnamdi, said they were victims of “Malabo Attack of February 17, 2009 by the Government of Equatorial Guinea   in which 18 Nigerians had lost their lives as a result of the attack that also brought untold hardship to our members.”
They said “on Feb. 17, 2009 some armed men suspected by the Government of Equatorial Guinea to be militants, invaded the Malabo prisons and released four WHITE MEN imprisoned for alleged involvement in a coup attempt.
“Then on Feb. 17, 2009 the Malabo Police descended on innocent Nigerian traders, businessmen, seamen and sailors at the Malabo port and arrested 128 of our members accusing us of being the militants.
“The Police shot and killed Mr. Sola Jude and Mrs. Affiong Etim, tortured and
maimed our members and 12 died in detention. The victims were detained for three months under severe and inhuman conditions. We lost our boats and rental values of the boats per week.”

The angry boat operators who had planned a protest at the Equatorial Guinea Consul in Calabar said, “we lost our merchandise and business profits.   We lost our means of livelihood. We lost our humanity and lives.
“When they discovered that we were not militants they deported us by air from Malabo airport to Ikeja airport with our pocket empty.”
They stated that the money represented the group’s “valuation report plus
interest for two years at 10 per cent compound interest amounting to 158 million US Dollars as basic compensation including interests.”
According to them, the Equatorial Guinea’s Consulate in Nigeria and the people of that country should “pay compensation for our 10 cargo boats, one fishing boat and assorted merchandise in the cargo boats, money and other items.’’
They stated that the items were  “illegally and unlawfully confiscated” from members of the association “by agents of the Government of Equatorial Guinea” during the attack.
According to them, the President Mbasogo Nguema Administration’s action on their members on February 17, 2009 constituted an abuse of their dignity and fundamental human rights. They said that Nguema would also pay compensation for the lives of the 18 Nigerians so far killed by the Equatorial Guinea attack of February17, 2009 on the Nigerian businessmen.
The Cross River Commissioner of Police, Mr. Samson Wudah, on Friday in Calabar stopped the planned demonstration and promised to convey their grievances to the appropriate authorities.

PoliticsLibyan Mobs Attack Nigerians And Other Black/Sub- Saharan Africans by Justcash(op): 2:59pm On Feb 28, 2011
No thanks to Ghaddafi and his stoopid imported Black African army.

In what appears to be a new twist in the ongoing political crisis in Libya, protesters are said to be targeting sub-saharan Africans as dozens are now feared killed, while hundreds are in hiding in the oil rich country.

According to Al Jazeera, African migrant workers are targeted because they are suspected of being mercenaries hired by Muammar Gaddafi.

The Arab media organisation reported that angry mobs of anti-government protesters hunt down “black African mercenaries,” quoting witnesses accounts.

90 Kenyans, 64 citizens from South Sudan, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Zambia, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sierra Leone and Burundi landed in Nairobi on Monday.

“We were being attacked by local people who said that we were mercenaries killing people. Let me say that they did not want to see black people,” Julius Kiluu, a 60-year-old building supervisor, told Reuters.

“Our camp was burnt down, and we were assisted by the Kenyan embassy and our company to get to the airport,” he said.

Rights organisations say that thousands of workers are stranded in camps and private homes, protected by their colleagues as their governments fail to evacuate them from the chaos.

About 1.5m Sub-Saharan African migrants work in Libya as low-paid labourers in the oil industry, construction, agriculture and service sectors.

It would be recalled that the Federal Governement evacuated 499 Nigerians from the troubled nation, Sunday out of the estimated 2000 stranded in Tripoli.
