Tetfund is a Fiduciary fund held in trust by govt. proceeds from that tax do not go to the Development fund or the CRF, it goes to the Tetfund account directly (though the FIRS are the collector) , wich is one of the fund managed by the CBN on behalf of the Board. the disbursement of funds from that account is relatively transparent compare to other funds.

Note: i am not saying there is no corruption in TETFUND

young man this is a TETFUND assisted project. its a direct disbursement from the till of Tertiary Education Tax TET (every company in Nigeria is expected to pay 2% of their assessable profit as Education Tax, just so to foster edu development in the country it is a fiduciary Fund held in trust by the FG which disbursement is made to Higher Institutions of learning 50:25:25 ratio for uni, poly, COE respectively on intervals..... so it is not in anyway a FG funding as you have thought!

the skill recommendation you gave for other fields of study other than the ones you listed therein can also be recommended for the one you have painstakingly excluded. any course of study in Nigeria is not a panacea to your ailing financial or career woes. get a certification today, just so you can be made sophisticated and grounded for the rigors of practise. And most importantly trust in God.

A physiotherapist in Nigeria with mind blowing prof certifications has a better footing than an ordinary Bsc holder in med, Engine and IT.

UNN that stop Hotspot connection for students and lecturer for about 3 months now, after prepayment for it by the said student and lecturer at the inception of the session

UNN dat students will overpay school fees, they will acknowledge receipt, but shot off on refunds

OP in my own humble opinion i think it is in your own best interest that you just consider those money as bad debt. move on with life. atleast the joy that comes with working for free for an Institution as UNN is enough for you to carry your shoulder high through the streets of Enugu and its environ
