Family / Re: My Wife Is Using Excuses To Abandon Me by justkaycee1(m): 6:50pm On Sep 25, 2019
pocohantas:
The earlier you guys understand that not so many undergraduate girls are very pro-marriage, the better for you. Once you spot that one who is very much interested in the fast life, pull the plug immediately.

Her parents told you both to come to the VILLAGE? You think if her parents had enough to be giving her, she would bother herself with you?

It is painful my dear, but your wife is in her hoe-phase. Some skip that phase, some spend few years in it, some stay a decade there- even do spillover.

You need to have some self-respect. A grown ass man following two fcking undergraduates to hear their conversation?

You guys don't hear word. You remind me of my colleague and that tin-tomatoes-headed girl he was pursuing. One small 200l girl. The way the girl did his heart ehn, she passed it through shredder.

Go find one afternoon newspaper that has her life figured out. Someone that will bring in tangible and intangible resources to the relationship. That way when she wants to throw it all away, she would think of how it would hit her own balance sheet.

My God!
So we still have articulate people in this part of the world. I'm impressed!
Romance / Re: What Is The Extent Of Financial Help You Can Offer A Platonic Friend? by justkaycee1(m): 6:58am On Aug 24, 2019
Truthsbitter:
look, i am a mixed personality (spiritual and logical). if you find it hard to understand something I wrote, call me back on the lines that are complex.
Okay let's consider these questions with sincerity before I say the truth.

Would your platonic friend do the same for you if the positions were reversed ?
Would you help any other friend with that amount if you find them in same position as your platonic friend?
If the answers to these questions are negative then consider yourself manipulated by your emotions and by the force of attraction within her personality. And if this is true then you are about to give wrongly.
(Giving in itself isn't bad but most male are too weak to see that emotional manipulation is draining them off everything. Their resources, affections, time, compassion , care...etc. they waste almost everything for unrighteous emotions).
Proverbs 25:28 KJV
He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.
Women most times don't attach conscience to their judgement, that's why they can dump any relationship coldly at any point in time(If you like kneel down in public to propose marriage or in the presence of your father, they will decline once their heart isn't there but if you find out about the matter you would come to the findings that all the time while they remained in such relationship they would make the man feel so good that he would have spent his life and resources on them not knowing he is being played all along. grin foolish men). men are the ones who consider these things and so it is easy to manipulate these men by their conscience. But if your conscience aligns with the unsentimental truth within you, then you may offer help irrespective of any manipulation (it would sure backfire against the guilty in the end "the one who manipulates to extort the other. if there is", for you have cleared your conscience rightly).

If you decide to help her, help her because you are aware of her problems and you have DECIDED to help not because you FEEL you should help. your help won't be a blessing if it was controlled by just your emotions and not by the truth of the matter. it is better to give your cash to a beggar than to give your cash to a platonic (girl)friend, if truly the beggar needs the cash more.

Lastly I will tell you this. a girl who wants a platonic relationship with you is probably a manipulative girl than a truthful girl. Here is how it goes; If she has something intellectual to add to you, it's good. If she has a good character to imbibe in you, it's good. if she can support you financially , it's good. if she can ease your stress by sex or romance it's good (Any one of the above benefit is good , if at least she can tender any, but unfortunately most Nigerian girls don't have any to give except for sex, which is why most guys who know them insist on sex before they tender any form of help to a Nigerian girl). otherwise she wants you around cause she wants to manipulate you into being her maga whom will not only spend his cash but his emotions, intellect, time and so much more on her and then she dumps you as soon as she grows past your value .

Love seems to have proved over time to be the strongest emotional force because it seems to create more than it destroys, and all other emotions are mainly viewed as destructive but when one grows into higher level of awareness one finds that all emotional forces could be rightly channeled and to do so is to become emotionally balanced. Balance is the key.
Proverbs 16:32 KJV
He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

Politics / Re: 2019 Presidency: How PDP Exposed Atiku’s Ignorance – Oby Ezekwesili by justkaycee1(m): 11:19am On Nov 03, 2018
efilefun:
With crude at $80/bbl and exchange rate at N305/$? (special fx by FG for importers)

A barrel of crude is about 159 liters of crude.

Just dividing the $80 (N24,400) by 159 liters already gives a price of N153.4/liter without any processing.

So, by the time you factor in refining and transportation costs, THERE IS NO WAY the price will come as low as the 85/90 naira price PDP are claiming to reduce the price to.

But the unfortunate blockhead yoots won't see thru the lies but keep screaming Atikulooting.

You tried in your analysis but you have fallen short.
From your analysis, 153.4 is the cost per litre of crude. That same crude contains kerosene, petrol, diesel, heavy oils, gas. These ones too contribute to the 153.4. So if petrol makes up 40% of the crude, then the real petrol cost per litre is 61.36. Factor in your processing cost and you still make profit at 90. Don't forget that Dangote refinery will be operational from 2019 so you can remove logistics cost. He might also have plans to get the local refineries working. So listen more and judge less.

Culture / It's One Nigeria! by justkaycee1(m): 1:45pm On Jul 24, 2016
"One Nigeria" is a phrase said out of convenience than what needs to be taken seriously. A certain person was quoted as saying "to thine self be true". Speaking generally, we know that we don't believe in the oneness of Nigeria. You can't make friends with someone because of his tribe. Landlord won't accommodate because of same. Yet we are quick to form solidarity when a black man falls victim of the high - handedness of a white.
See a screen grab of the conversation between an estate agent and a proposed client. We aren't United.
To thine self be true!

I have a feeling that your wife is having amourous affair with someone or flirting with some people. That can explain the secrets and behaviour towards you.

The marriage is just 2 years old and she is agitating for space, blocking you on Facebook, keeping constant sexy looks even against your objection, making and taking secret calls.

You need to put your feet on the ground and be the man in the home. Shock her with some resolute decisions and instructions which will have consequences if she doesn't adhere to. However, don't be irrational, inconsiderate and unaccommodating.

Best regards

She's probably the man of the house there.

Politics / Re: TINUBU Hijacks NASS Positions; Oyegun, Others Kick- The Capital.ng by justkaycee1(m): 6:33pm On Apr 20, 2015
OilGas:
Former Governor of Lagos State and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, is leaving no one in doubt that he calls the shots in the party as he has penciled down his key men to lead the new National Assembly, NASS, to be inaugurated early June.
With the party’s power sharing formula, Tinubu has positioned his men to takeover available positions zoned to the regions. APC zoned the Senate Presidency to the North-Central, Speakership to the South-West, Tinubu’s region, which also produced the Vice President, the Secretary to Government of the Federation, SGF to the South-East and the Senate Majority Leader to the South-West.
Going by the zoning arrangement, the battle on how to fill the vacancies has started in earnest with Tinubu said to have lined up three strong contenders to take over the leadership of the 8th NASS.
He is alleged to be backing Senator George Akume, former Benue State Governor and long time political ally from the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN to be the Senate President.
In the same vein, Tinubu is backing Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, his political protégé to take over as the Speaker of the House of Representatives, while at the same time positioning his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, to be the Senate Majority Leader.
Though he is said to be facing stiff opposition from those backers of Senator Bukola Saraki, mainly from the party’s governors, Nigerian Pilot learnt that he is playing a religious card in pushing the candidature of Akume and Gbajabiamila.
Tinubu’s argument, it was gathered, is that if Saraki is allowed to be Senate President, and Hon. Gbajabiamila becomes the Speaker, it would open the party to criticisms given the fact that the President-elect is a Muslim and both Saraki and Gbajabiamila are also Muslims.
According to Tinubu’s argument, the religious balancing would come only when the Senate president is a Christian and the natural choice is Akume.
The former Lagos governor also allegedly blackmailed Saraki’s backers with a case of N21billion preferred against the former governor of Kwara State by the Special Fraud Unit of the Nigeria Police. He purportedly told them that the party cannot be championing anti-corruption and at the same time promoting someone who has such a “dirty” case still hanging on his neck. This, according to insiders, has ruffled many feathers in the APC hierarchy with many afraid the party may slide into a one-man show.
The zoning of Speakership to the South-West, it is understood, has caused a friction between Tinubu and Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, the party’s national chairman, who had passionately pleaded that the party zone the slot to the South-South in order for his preferred candidate, Mr. Pally Iriase, from Edo State to get the office. For all Odigie-Oyegun’s pleas, Tinubu reminded him how he also went against the wishes of many and installed him as the APC chairman.
With the Vice President-elect, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo being Tinubu’s ally, Odigie-Oyegun’s argument is that it would amount to unexplainable greed for the party to allow Tinubu to also take the Speakership slot.
However, Tinubu is understood to have stood his ground, threatening to throw the Speakership position open to contest, a position he well understands he would have upper hand because of the number of House of Representatives members from the South-West as compared to Odigie-Oyegun’s South-South.
If Tinubu bulldozes his way through as he is bent on doing, it means that he would have been responsible for three of the four most powerful positions in Nigeria. He singlehandedly nominated the vice president-elect.
Meanwhile, the zoning of the SGF to the South-East has opened a fresh battle on who succeeds Chief Anyim Pius Anyim between Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu and Dr. Chris Ngige, all former governors and eminently qualified for the office.
Insiders in the party are favouring Onu, arguing that he is more of a stabiliser, tilting towards a technocrat than Ngige who is seen as an everyday politician.
Onu’s maturity and for the fact that he comes from the All Nigeria Peoples Party, ANPP wing of the APC, may stand him in good stead ahead of Ngige who comes from the ACN wing of the party. ANPP has not really benefitted much in terms of sharing positions in the party and if it is still denied this, it may cause great disaffection in the party.
