Cipriani: Even if you get the address, and you visit the place, am sure you will still not believe. Noteit is not in conjunction with Canadian govt. Cipriani: The agency is doing this in conjunction with the Canadian government. The agency is not paying for the trip and accommodation, they are more like middle men. They are going to move them in batches. If you need more info, send me an email at luwatos1@aol.com. Am not in anyway affiliated with the agency. You are such a bad liar, you are even denying what u just said couple of mins ago and everybody can see it. |

Cipriani: I actually had a rethink about how much information I was spitting out. Those who have applied are yet to leave. They are going to leave in batches. Am sure you got the message and that is why you asked why I removed the post. If those who work with the agency can tell their families to apply, then how do you expect them to be duped. If your aunt work with such agency and asks you to apply, would you doubt him and think he wants to dupe you.
I am not asking you to apply, just wait till the end of September, if people don't leave, then you will know it was all a sham. You haven't answered my question, i asked you how will ur agency shift 7000 Nigerians to Canada to work, give them accommodation and pay for the trip as well. I don't believe the story of pple asking their family members to apply, its all part of the game. You did not give out any reasonable information, i read ur first post and there is nothing there to suggest that this bogus business will not end in tears. |

JJM: Another quote from UKBA website
"How do I come to the United Kingdom for private medical treatment? Private medical treatment This page explains how to come to the United Kingdom for private medical treatment.
To come to the United Kingdom for medical treatment you must be able to show that:
you meet the requirements for leave to enter as a visitor; if suffering from a communicable disease there is no danger to public health; your course of treatment is for a limited period of time; you have made satisfactory arrangements for the consultation or treatment you need; you have enough money to pay for any treatment and to support and accommodate yourself without working or help from public funds; and you plan to leave the United Kingdom at the end of your treatment. For further information on your rights and responsibilities see the rights and responsibilities section." If Bimbo had the baby prematurely at 32 weeks in June, she must have known she was pregnant when she applied for the visitor's visa. Why did she not apply for Private medical treatment visa? I tell you why, she would have had to register with a private healthcare provider in the UK to get the necessary letters to satisfy the ECO, this means having to shell out more money. Pure and simple, she knew what she was doing and planned to get free medical treatment on the NHS. Don't waste ur time trying to explain things to coogar he wouldn't get it. I'm not supporting what Bimbo did, i'm only happy that the kids are well and health. Pple like coogar is everything that is wrong with Nigeria. |

If you the money is in ur account and u are 16yrs if age and above then u don't need ur father's bank statment or affidavit support. Before applying u need to ask ur school for another CAS cos u can't use a CAS that is more than a month old. Your school will definitely send u another CAS. |

Fogman: I am still watching the outcome of Crystal Service Canada trip. I dont know how they ll move about 3000 Nigerian to Canada without an eyebrow. I spoked with one of their numerous agent and he told me they haven given Canadian embassy money to print visa and that i know is not obtainable. He also claimed that the recruited candidates ll work at Manitoba hydro electrical stations in canada and that they ll travel in june 2011.
Equally they claim that the program is free and 100 % sponsorship, but people were charged as much as N70k for police clearance and medicals.
Saw their ads last month on paper asking registered candidates to attend a seminar with them at Unilag multipurpose hall. Some Nigerians deserved to be scammed. I don't feel sorry for any brainless fool who falls for this. |

temiade: So there is this guy. He has recently started a new real-estate business that requires a lot of travel. He only calls his gf once a week to see how she is doing. His excuse - Nigeria is soo hard (He just finished MBA from top school in Europe) and he has to travel to different states to actually meet stakeholders in person so that he can land contracts and stuff. Every time gf calls, he is either getting on a plane or getting off one (she can hear the airport announcements in the background). Guy wants to be a naira billionaire within 5 yrs. Already made a 100million naira in 2 years since business started. Is it jusifiable that there is no time to call dis girl in his quest to make money? or is it normal to talk to a girl u love once a week?
NB:They have a long distance relationship in which guy is no longer in Europe but girl is and he sees her every eight weeks (for 5 days). How many millions makes a billion ? |

liliana: Hello Justwise and all,
I have a family friend that wants to come over for her Masters Degree but was offered a Pre-Masters degree first which starts in September and upon successful completion of this(it runs for 12 - 15 weeks) she would progress to her main course which starts in January. My question is that the fees for the Pre - Masters is not included in the Masters Degree Course. She has paid for the Pre - Masters which is about GBP4,500.Do you think that not paying for the entire programme in full(Pre - Masters and Masters) will affect her application? She intends to pay the Main School fees after the Pre - masters. Is it a basic requirement that the school fees must be paid in full?I just need to clarify because I personally think that the decision is hers to decide to continue with the school for her Masters or apply to another school as she deems fit and thus is not obligated to pay for the Masters until she decides she wants to continue with them. What do you think? If this is the case, what do you reckon will be the duration of her Visa,if given? 3months, 6months or 12 - 18months as the case may be for Student Visas? Also, the 28 day requirement ,relating to the funds held in the applicant's account, do the weekends count or not? Thanks for your timely responses. Its up to the school to ask her to pay full or some percentage then have the rest in her bank account for 28days but if she has the whole money( pre-masters and masters) that will be better for her and will make life easier for her, remember the English language test she has to write as well . |

If she shows fund for the pre-masters course only then her visa will be for the duration of that course + couple of days, so basically her visa will be for 12-15 wks plus a week then she will be required to apply for visa again to be able to continue with the masters. The 28days include wkends. |

naijababe: Wrong. What about students who don't work, are you suggesting that the fees covers medical care? Lots of people on student / resident visas work and contribute into the system yet do not have rights to free housing, student loans, tax credits etc, paying taxes is an automatic right to all services.
The whole set-up of the NHS is wrong, it's set up as a peerless system where anyone who shows up at a hospital gets treated irrespective of their immigration status. You are talking as if those students sleeps in the hospital through out the yr, many student don't even use the NHS through out their stay in the UK. How many visitors pay that much into the system in a yr? |

coogar: move over then. . . . .let me deal with the anti-bimbo twits on these pages. . . . i dunno why nigerians choose to be blind to bare facts staring at them in the faces? is the system faulty or not? no one has answered that. . . . what is the difference between students who don't pay taxes with no recourse to public funds and visitors with no recourse to public funds?why can't the british embassy in nigeria ensure applicants on visitor's visa provide a sound health insurance scheme that can easily be verified? if y'all cannot provide answers to these questions, then y'all must be having a pipe dream accusing bimbo of defrauding the system. coogar let me say this to you for the last time. A single Nigerian student in the UK on degree or masters course pays at-least £15,000 a yr into the system and the same student is allowed to work and PAY-IN into the system AGAIN, so a student is entitled to health care treatment. |
