Merc have much faster cars but Williams can catch up.
9 laps to go...
I actually thought that Nico will manage the tyres for a push towards the end but he is taking everything out of it now..Bot is closing In though

^^^He is up to 8th now.

Bottas so far is doing an amazing job.
We will see how he pulls this off towards the end, he is flying now but I'm not sure why he is taking too much out of that tyre.

Hello all/justwise,
Please i need clarifications on some things , a friend of mine wants to apply for a tier 4 student visa but she is confused on the following grounds:

1. The applicant's parent lives within her university city in UK, so she wants to know if she can attach her parent property documents in order to show proof of accommodation because she wants to live with her parent during the period of her study .

2. Do such applicant need to proof maintenance fund for accommodation or just living expenses ?

3. Does anyone know the immigration rule regarding this situation ?

4. Is it possible to leave maintenance fund in your account then printout the statement after 28 days before paying your tuition fee ?

Thanks in anticipation.
1. No...she still need to show that maintenance money....she is free to stay with her parents after getting the visa.

2. She need to show proof of maintenance money for all.

3. There is no immigration rule regarding that, the rule regarding maintenance money is exactly the same for all applicants.

4. Don't use your maintenance money to pay school fees then present bank statement showing maintenances while in reality the money is gone.

Best to buy a phone (cash payment) a couple of months after release and opt for a sim only contract (typically 12 months, but can be cancelled anytime, with no penalty imposed).
One could save as much as 30gbp a month on sim only deals, with mega bundles (unlimited calls, unlimited internet - no fair use policy attached and of course, unlimited sms - if anyone still uses sms).
Yup..another good idea.

I didn't do it cuz I had pals to call in d UK..just didn't have Enuf on me to get it as a go dats y I opted for it..In 14 months d payment should be done..meaning dey have 10 month to eat from customers..buh @ least they let u use it wen u needed it...
Contract is waste of money these days, neither will i waste my money buying new released smartphones again.

When iphone 4 came out i went for it then upgraded to 4s, then i decided to compare both to know the difference...there is nothing meaningfully difference between them

BBM, facebook and Viber allows you to make free calls if you want to, i only top up for the sake of internet connection when i'm not at home.

I just don't see myself committing £45 monthly for 2yrs on contract phone iphone6 or not. Even if you have loads of friends in the UK to be calling i don't see it as a good deal.

@justwise we asked the Mp for help but he refused because of my husband history. What do you expect he's conservative anyway.

Oh well....UKIP is dealing with them despite their immigration tight rules.

Apart from entry the UK with somebody else's passport and working with it...is there any immigration offense?

August, The certificate has Feb 2015 as expiry date and I intend applying this November. So it's just the address I hope won't be an issue or do I need to write a letter?

Thanks.
You don't need to take another test. Having the school address does not matter. Just get another CAS and reapply.

@ justwise still awaiting
This is the time to take your time and redress all the issue and reapply, waste no money on immigration lawyer and pure your heart out on paper about the whole issue from day one. Don't assume that they know your hubby's immigration history and offense you need to write down and apologize for every single one for them. Yes you have the right to family life as a British citizen but with blatant disregard for the law the immigration has every right to punish your hubby as they deem it fit.

Treat this like your first application and address every single immigration offense he committed and apologise for them, this is not the time to quote immigration laws in your favour but a time to acknowledge your wrong doings and set the record straight.

Gather your wedding pictures, marriage certificates, payslips and bank statement, proof of accommodation, email, call, whatsapp, bbm, fb etc....histories. Approach your MP and narrate your problem and ask for a letter from him or her to support your application.

Another option is upper tribunal if you want to drag this on and waste money on lawyers....it may work..who knows.

Good morning uncles grin
Please I got a small situation, I initially applied for a tier 4 visa and my visa got bounced for slight technicalities with my finances. Now I have rectified the stuff but I want to go to another UK school.
My question is do I have to do another TB test as the TB certificate I have has the previous school as address?

Thanks
How long was that?

Is your lawyer still involved in this case?

I already meet the financial requirements. My last p60 showed 21,000 per annum.
If a child is involved then you need additional £3,800.

ineedhimbadly:
An ECO must not refuse an applicant because of their criminal record if the conviction is spent. Failure to declare an unspent conviction may cast doubt on the applicant's truthfulness. Concealment of information or lack of frankness in any matter may raise doubt about the reliability of information supplied by the applicant elsewhere in the application.
However, it may be appropriate to consider refusing an applicant where the record on the PNC conflicts with the account provided on the VAF. For example, an applicant claims on the VAF to have never visited the UK before, but the PNC record shows he was arrested in the UK in 2004. Refusal on credibility grounds for non-PBS cases, where linked to a specific rule or refusal. Refusal under paragraph 320(7A) for PBS and non-PBS applications, for making a false statement on a VAF, may be appropriate.
Will reply this before the end of today^

@ everyone theres nothing to hide, they knew everything from the beginning. We did a statement not with our initial application but with the first tier tribunal. This was not hand written. Our lawyer suggested asking permission to the first tier tribunal if they say yes then we will go to the upper because the judge was too harsh with our case, am telling you guys I have been living in the uk for the last 28 years all my life and in court I was in there for one hour answering questions while my lawyer fought our case. This is my second time going to court and now am going to court for the third time. I asked the question has anyone been to court so many times or gone through this.because I do not think no one has. You can judge us all you want but I have been a tax payer, gone to university and sown into this country. @ justwise we have nothing to hide. They have just treated us badly and unfair. They know how much money I have in savings which is 13,000 maybe they know I have a little money so they want to make me pay. If we make another application is there any guarantee we will win. I don't want to move to another European country, what about my job. These people want to kill me. Life is so unfair.
How much do you earn per year before tax?
