Tvegas: No madam,i dont agree with you.Lives are involved so we should come together to condemn anyone who uses lie to market such sensitive matter. I dont have anything against Del sol or wherever people go but people should not be sold with lies that's all. The purpose of the thread is to give information, not to mislead people.

If this is one of the tales you've been told then forget it. There are no spanish citizens birthing in El paso or phoenix. What you have are Hispanics/Latinos/Mexicans some of them are corrupt and criminal minded than we are but spanish happens to be their lingua franca.

Mention names of those who have lied to market MIHS and i will call them out right now. NIghtnigeria1 posts has suddenly disappeared from this thread so if i have succeeded in killing him or her here its fair game.
I removed those posts.

IFEADIKA: USDiversity Visa program (DV-2016) is now open. The entry submission period for DV-2016 is from 12:00PM EDT (GMT -4) on October 1, 2014 to 12:00PM EDT (GMT -4) on November 3, 2014. But Nigerians were boldly specified not to be part of the program and this denial started last year....I think it is high time we focus and ignore USA and other countries to develop ours....a replica of such happened during Ebola... It is a signal for us to be truly Independent

Another uninformed chap, please don't be ignorant.

Slimdel: Attention! attention! Attention!

Justwise please I need your attention, cause someone on this thread has been extorting money from people.
I think the matter needs to be addressed so that other members of this thread will be on alert. I've been keeping this inside and I can't any longer, I'm very sure people fell victims, I was a victim, now I'm telling him to pay and he's calling me a "btch". Sorry for that word but I'm quoting his exact words and other words as well. He collected money from victims like me and actually bought s5 for himself and so many news and stories, please I'm not derailing this thread, I think this air needs to be cleared.
Slimdel: Gladly

He goes by the moniker Amefrica

I will summarize cause trust me, I can't remember all the stories.

So when he first got denied, he came saying how all his parents wenbt exile, his dad went somewhere and the mum went somewhere and his uncle is not recheable so he needs money for a second application, with other stories that make stories sweet so out of my kind/mumu heart I gave part of the amount I can afford. (This is the part I fell victim) he asked other people but two people I know didn't fall victim at least they told me they didn't.

Then after his visa, he started another story, how his parents can't foot his bill that he might defer to January admission and how he doesn't have flight money, I didn't fall a victim but a friend of mine nearly fell into the trap so I warned him against it.
And other stories
Sorry to hear this but i'm not surprised that you got taken in, you come across to me as somebody with a good heart that sees things in 'black & white'.

Sometimes you need to be cynical for your own good, like in this case....if somebody who is intending to apply for Canadian visa as a student can not afford the application fee....that cynical part of you will start wondering how will this person afford flight ticket, school fees, accommodation and feeding in Canada? Alarm bell should have started ringing at that point.

I hope you get your money back and this will also serve as a warning to others here.

bfn1: Thank you so much.
Pardon me. I'd thought the information (background) I gave was comprehensive enough for anyone to advise me with.

The offer is 100% legit & there's absolutely no fee involved.

The company is a football club. A Public Liability Company. My brother had participated in a season-long competition for their fans (directly on their official website) & he eventually emerged top globally.

Prize: A pass for two to watch the team train OR a ticket for two to watch the team play (amongst other treats). We settled for the latter.

I'll really appreciate it if you can advise me accordingly.

None of us has any travel history, hence, the apprehension about our visa application being rejected on ground of insufficient financial support.

Like I'd earlier posted, we have all other documents handy (including the invitation letter, hotel & flight bookings sent by that FC).

Thank you so much.

NB: I tried sending you a PM to inform you more about it, not sure I connected.
That sound a bit ify, what football club is that? Hope you font mind that question.

alobam1: Hmmmmmmmmmm...I do not support you travelling abroad without making good research..You dont pick money from the streets in Europe and America..I dont support travelling on a tourists visa on the sole aim of hustling,Nbaa,lailai..When you want to travel,go as a legal immigrant and not as an inlegal immigrant..Go to a country that is far better than Nigeria, where your prospects of making it with Hard-work is guaranteed..The only countries i can go to hustle is America and Canada, others would just be on Holidays

To Safarigirl, the OP and Co,Nigeria is only meant for the Rich.Is that the type of country you want to live in?Where you are only respected when you are rich and others are looked on as dirt..Am going to share my little experience living in a country like this to you...

Please Justwise, dont hide my post..Am an internet scammer, yes, and i make an average of nothing less than 250,000naira in a month. And am below 30..How many Oga's make as much as that in a Month? The Oga's that make that much are so proud, you'll think na them get the whole world..In my former house where i spent just 5months,I was more or less worshipped like a demi-god,My pastor Land-lord respected me more than anything despite the fact that he knew i was into internet scam..Do you think it's easy to make it in this country?Talk is cheap, very cheap..I have lots of mates we finished school together, that still lives with their Parents.still being fed by their parents, yet they where boasting when they where in school that they dont take any job that offers them less than 150,000naira.I just dey yimmu to them..and now here we are

My dear,Show me one or two people that made it legally in this country, and i will show you those who have made it inlegally and turned it to legal-business..Cos that is what am gunning for..

Our country,is only between the Rich and the Poor which should not be so.The problem with Nigerians is they dont realize that when you have a 9-5Job that takes care of your bills, can send your kids to good schools, drive a decent car and pay taxas, then you should be okay..And that is what they have in Europe and America and which is missing in our dear country Nigeria..

May God bless the Federal republic of Nigeria...
You are not needed in travel section, i don't moderate that section for people with questionable character, i can't stop you from scamming people outside that section but you are not needed there.

Your previous ID was banned because you were using it to solicit for victims then you came up with this current ID to continue boasting about your crime spree.

Amdan: @Justwise @spikeC and all other bosses I dey hail wuna.

I just completed my MSc and asked to proceed for a PhD (which starts today 1st October). The visa I have is for my MSc which is still valid until January 2015. My intention was to return to Nigeria to apply for my new visa for the PhD in December along with my family since I learnt I can apply for a new visa before the current one lapses. But now, I heard there is a new policy which requires students finishing a course and starting a new one to apply for visa within six weeks of start of the new course.

you may wish to refer to the document below particularly paragraphs 350 - 352 on page 57 of 79 and addendum 3 on page 79 of 79 of the document:

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/343718/T4_Guidance_08-14.pdf
As long as you still have a valid visa you can start your new course then apply for extension before your current visa expires. Get all your Phd admission documents and your maintenance money and apply for extension.

Amdan: Hi,
I have the info from the link and from my understanding, if we are to apply together all at once, we all benefit from the established presence. This is explicit and clear. However, if am to extend my visa in the UK and apply later for my family, it "suggests" that they will benefit from my established presence. This seem ambiguous to me.

Do you know of anyone that has recently used this process and succeeded?

I don't see anything ambiguous about that statement, it stated that they will benefit from your established presence. That is as clearer as it can get.

There is nothing like non-appearance for student visa, you will be called for an interview and there is nothing scaring about it.

naijadove: There is no link, if you are waiting for a website to tell you to go to Abuja. It's pretty easy she can go to Lagos office like you have said, with only the police report who knows it might work, anything is possible. I only gave my advice from what i know and sure of. She doesn't need to go with what I have said quite frankly. It's an information I had and shared, what she does is up to her.
Its unfair to make up things and mislead people, you said its a new rule but there is no evidence of that rule, so you would have wasted her time and money to traveling to Abuja for something doable in Lagos? Smh

naijadove: Please note the process can never cost 150000 to get a new passport. The new rule is to get your lost passport done in Abuja. Do not be scammed by anyone. Go to the immigration office in Abuja it's pretty straightforward. You might be tempted to cut corners but really you don't need that wahala now.
Please can you paste the link to the new rule? I know one only go to Abuja for change of name or DOB

naijadove: Hello betty55, first i will say I am sorry to hear about your awful incident, it is terrible but we thank God for life because it could have been worse. You are healthy and you have life, so there is hope and opportunity to go on.
For your passport, you have to get a police report, court affidavit and then go to Abuja immigration office and make your case. The process is about 28k. Now depending on your case it, the time frame may differ. So if this is your first loss it will take about three days. If you have reported a lost passport before then you will have to be reinterviewed and your case investigated before a reissue.
So please get yourself treated, if possible get an X-ray done if you had any physical trauma, then the police , the court and then Abuja. As for your ticket it will be safer to open your ticket as oppose to rescheduling because you really do not know when all these will be sorted.
You might even be favoured the robbers may throwaway your documents so you might not need to retrieve your certificates. If you don't find the certificates, I won't advice you to travel without getting your certificates or some note from any of these bodies. The longer you keep it the less sympathetic they are with you when you go to meet them.
Even if your travel documents are sorted you still need your certificates when you travel. It's really a lot to bear but be strong that's the best way to get things done at this time.
God's favour in all your endeavours"
Unnecessary, no need for affidavit or going to Abuja.

betty55: what can l say to wonder people of nigeria in this forum, you guys are owesome,a bit relieve.my biggest problem now is passport l was told l have to go to abuja and it will cost 150,000naire and one mouth to process it,my sister in germany has done more than enough for me to put her through this journey again.she paid everything so far reach even to my transport here and there, she is amazing, to think about putting her through this is what pain me the most.please any one with advise regarding to passport isue,my sister spoke with the school proffesor and my resumption date has been extended till end of the mounth and he will send me a mail adress to the embassy to prevent further delay from them.l don,t know how to pay her back for all this,
Report the case of your passport first to the police then get report from them and use that to reapply for another passport, you don't need to go to Abuja and with express services you can get it within 24hrs.

countsparrow: Please anybody in the house ever done a reviewhuh

I got rejected based on the fact that my English test wasn't registered with the UKBA, normally I feel the UKVI should be able to verify this online since PTE is an international body and my user name and password wer included in my CAS coupled with the fact I submitted a printout

Secondly they said I was not a genuine student cos I finished my WAEC 2004 and finished UNIVERSITY education 2011 and it took me 3 years to apply for a course on strategic management and leadership and that I did computer science in school why go for a course on management and leadershiphuh

My defense on d above is
1. I did a pre-degree 2005, entered uni 2006, did a 5 years course, graduated 2011 went for service 2012 and finished 2013, so waiting for one year b4 applying for this course now is a sinhuh And what is der fvcked up business if I decide to do something on management considering d fact I am an entrepreneur...

Justwise, spikeC, and other enlightened pple in the house please I need ur contribution
Where did you do your English test and it's the agency registered with UKBA?

Your second refusal point and your argument against it is understandable.

cronsberg: Hey mr man, not a single ounce of respect will be given alright? You want latest pics of lagos ba? Ok how about this. Its the major abatiores(slaughter house) in lagos state. Right there on the streets, right next to sewage lines and what not. i didn't want to post the pic before cuz it was disgusting but since you asked for it...And thats in Nigerias number 1 city, you can imaging what the remaining 34 states look like. On the markets, every single state in nigeria has their main market exactly like the pics i posted before. People only go the fancy malls to buy bread, snacks and what not, but do the main grocery in markets exactly like the pics i posted. From poisinous fly filled beef, to tomato, to onions, to sand filled rice....everything just displayed in the open with utter disregard for hygen.
And i did not even talk about bread being made with sweat dripping into the dough, butchers injuring themselves and allowing their blood mix with the meat, fish sellers selling rotten fish and all sorts of nonesense.
Disgustingly!!
