Its her post graduate visa that as refused... I believe this is the case. In most cases this is discovered when they want to apply for the post study visa

The guy will push our CV and help us get work as forklift in Ireland..
It's no scam. Forklift is a skilled job abroad.

He has told the guy to attend at least 2 months or 3 months training in Nigeria.

And then get a certificate of forklift from a certified company in Nigeria..

The hourly pay is 15 pounds.

Is this forklift job stressful... Please just asking for a friend.. Any body in the field here. Anyone doing forklift job here abroad?

If you lived abroad ... and pay attention to the system ... you would've known that her chances of remaining in the UK is slim to none. She had a better chance if she had made a report immediately if all her filings to get the visa were without blemish. It was her duty to know the conditions of the visa ...and that she would be in violation if she worked for more than 20 hours. Many do ...but off the books. Did she? Even so ... it's a risk ...and when caught ..one should not be wailing but face the consequences of which she knew. This situation is what many who are in violation of immigration laws are facing daily.... living in fear. This I see daily ... the fear is real. I'm not sure if it would be a wise decision for her to hire a lawyer to fight her case....the ruling is not likely to change .

She should appeal to the local MP and make sure local papers and networks pick it up. Likely she will be allowed to finish her degree on compassionate grounds.

We dont know all the facts though because there is also a quota of classes that must be attended.

Uk visa is currently one of d most expensive for africans to apply.they are exploiting us.They use us to make money.Few yrs ago i was always having 5 yrs visa to uk even wen i had no plan to go there.Bt since they started this over 100% increase in cost of visa i jst say their papa.wen i really need to be there i do d 6months which i always get within a week anyway.

That's the reason I asked the first question... If her father was listed as her sponsor and if she notified the school and/or immigration services of his passing, then maybe she has a chance.

Forget about law on paper and it's interpretation. Western laws work with paper trails. If all you have is your word of mouth and emotions when things backfired without following the appropriate channels when you should have, no one can help you. The best they can do is see if they can help her convert her classes to remote so she can still graduate from Nigeria but her staying in the UK? The chances are closer very very slim.

We are the ones that praise these countries for having working systems but will also be the first to expect them to circumvent their system for our own selfish interests. Now I used "selfish interest" not to be inconsiderate but because that's the appropriate term to use.

First question, did she notify the relevant authorities when her dad passed away? And did she even list her dad as her sponsor initially because if she didn't, his death his meaningless to her stay except she wants to take leave to travel down for his burial.

Secondly, is she doing her 1st degree or Msc because I don't think Msc lasts for 3 years. I may be wrong. If her program is still on, I don't think the UK would have arrived at the decision.

I may be wrong though.

Companies in the US employs cheap labor from Africa and Asia causing job loss in the USA. There are over 7 million unemployed citizens in the country because nonimmigrant does the job even better with lower pay. Also, H1B visa is a partway to permanent resident which some religion extremist have used this path.

Most especially the trend where France, the UK, Germany etc allowed massive Middle East inflows and they are already having problems with them. Left to Joe Biden and the Democrats, the US would very soon be overrun. Now if you have any ties with terrorism, deportation straight.
There is nothing unhealthy about that. Nigeria should work for the benefit of Nigerians. That way no one would long to leave the country for anywhere else.

Gurus in the house, I urgently need your help regarding my situation.

We are a family of five currently residing in the UK on a Health and Care Worker Visa. My wife, who is the main applicant, has recently been issued a second Certificate of Sponsorship by her employer for the next three years. We are now due to extend our old visas, which expire in November 2025.

Unfortunately, my passport and the passports of our kids have expired. We have already started the renewal process in London, but it is unlikely that the new passports will be ready before we submit our visa applications to Home office. These are my questions :

1. Will the expiration of our passports affect the processing of our visa applications? Will it cause delays or require additional documentation?

2. Are there any risks or consequences of not updating our passport details or applying with expired passports?

3. What supporting documentation should we provide if our passports are expired at the time of application?

4. How might the expiration of our passports affect the application timeline? Is it still possible to complete the process within the expected timeframe?

We are quite worried about the possible impact this may have and would greatly appreciate your advice on the best way forward.

I trusted him because of his posts on Facebook and other of his social media handles. I already researched to know that Luxembourg sponsorship work visa permit takes maximum of 5 months that's why I didn't bother all these while not until I noticed I've been blocked on his Facebook page from where I got to know him 4yrs ago. It was then I began to make inquiries about him extensively and got here. Someone I've followed for 4 years and no single being has complained about him, that was what made me to trust him and it can also happen to anyone else. I didn't know all these complaints about him until I reached here through my deeper inquiries about him. I'm waiting till the time he assured me in his email expires and nothing positive happens which am still hopeful but if it doesn't and he fails to refund me then I will every instrument of the law to get my money and everything I spend while on it.
