Futureukstudent: Last year November sir. The issue of age discrepancies is common with us in Nigeria. Both waec, University transcript is not left behind. Although some schools don't take this serious, but some few most high ranking schools in UK will ask for any possibility of resolving your age issue. |

Futureukstudent: WAEC still does correction of age sir. we must defeat every impossibility spirit by Gods grace. I like what justwise said in one of the questions asked by someone, he said don't believe in they said"..omo this was how I also believed my waec won't be corrected then. until I drove down to meet them got it done at ogba. See bro, waec result is one of the equivalents to your doing IELTS..and the implication is that your school will collate it with your transcripts, certificate and send to the Home office. The home office normally queries the school why the age difference. Some allow affidavit but can't be like original which speaks for itself because your school will need to be carrying extra affidavit to your result. If they made mistake to forward only result to the home office your application could be delayed. Every student who is enrolling on Uk schools is having their documents sent to the homes office for their visa certification and records purposes. 1 Like |

Howoheye: The law does not permit a guardian or parent to the child born in the UK to be deported. Hence, if you have a child within your study stand a chance of getting your paper after 5 years with the help of a good lawyer. 1 Like 1 Share |

CaptainAfrica: Yes to get a British lady..Now enough Nigerians with British pally good babes. Secondly, presently because this graduate route is still new and because of brexit, most companies will like to retain you and file for you because we are hard working people. Oyinbo like to smoke cigarette they can leave their job for so many hours. Once the govt reach the number they want in their system, I tell you they may not renew some peoples permits or if there is a change of policy or govt. I remember the ones done in 2004,2005 till 2010 after that some people were told to go back to their country, whereas those that came earlier had gotten indefinate leave to stay and even some after 10 years got their british pally. Another rejection could come from some companies In fact the law states that in recruitment they should consider British citizen first but a company that will take you, they have a way of defending you by telling home office that after two weeks no British candidate was qualified, hence the reason of employing you. The one that is painful the most is when you have a Nigerian in your office as a supervisor and you are good at your work, he knows after some time you will need his help, just to recommend you to the senior boss. He may disappoint because of fear of who you may become in that company. And if nobody recommends you, baba na home be that except you get married to a British citizen or continue with a PhD. Nigeria has failed us sir, instead of someone advising him to pick up another form from a private university here, he could just move to UK for his BSC. hosey: Baba I will advise he looks for money go start his Bsc in uk and then complete his master part-time studies. Before he would finish in Nigeria here the govt of UK would have gotten the exact number they want. You think they just open their border for fun..no sir. They got target and required numbers to fill the missing skills before certain year's,they have certain numbers of skilled labour expected from Graduate route. Besides, if labour party comes In they may change this law. This is partly open because of brexit. Hence, it is urged that everyone should do whatever you are doing now.This is your God given time to get out..student visa is one of the best route to enter uk legally after your study don't dull yourself. If single get married to your woman there, if married continue to give birth. Get yourself routed in the system, partner who can't get children pls let the other proceed with another course. Come and thank me later. Lastly, last time they did something like this many students got placement and companies that filed for them. But later on home offices started rejecting students who had reached their time without placement, and homes offices already gotten their maximum limit.
