1. Odili had no trains.. Those trains were an arrangement between Odili and the Railway corporation to ferry people from point to point in Rivers State. The system was poor and ineffective. It passed through areas that were of minimal importance to most of Port Harcourt inhabitants.

2. The railway you speak of belongs to the Federal government not the state and those lines are currently under re-construction and would work under the federal government not the states. Whilst the Heavy rail lines are used for long distance travels, haulage and transport of humans, goods, commodities, e.t.c, the Monorail, intercity trams & subways are used for fast commuting of humans alone inbetween a city. Monorails and Trams are automated (meaning they do not require human drivers). They are timed to arrived at set intervals (e.g every 15minutes, a train arrives at all the bustops on the line).. Monorails dont carry goods and commodities. Their purposes are different. But I didnt expect someone in your I.Q range to know this.

6. Reactivating the railroads is not the state governments job. Its not in thier powers and it dosent serve the purpose he is trying to achieve.

Back to the topic. Newer Northamerican cars intake tubing are designed whereby the the cars suck in air close to the ground which I think increases risk of hydrolock when driven on flooded roads in Nigeria.

Sienna, what you think of having a Short ram intake that's closer to the engine bay? I know you suck in warm air but that's better than hydrolock in case of driving on flodded road.

Back to the discussion, if octane booster will not work, whats d way out of fuel not meeting the standard. As u know d FX45 needs a minimum of 93% octane rating.
Kindly suggest wot to do.

Octane rating in nigeria is btw 89 and 90.
Definetely needs boosting if i want to enjoy my '45. I think

Atf needed for fx45 is nissan matic J and not nissan matic s as i ealier stated above. It was a typo.

These cars have knock sensors which can retard the timing if the octane sensor is low to prevent engine knock.. U wont notice the difference. The question is how low octane can you go.

nissparts: Octane booster does not work.
The bubble dash affects all the FX models especially the ones with black trim.
It is majorly caused by using dashboard "shining" products and heat.
Avoid using the shining products and you should be fine.

When the car interior temp heats up , the bubble dash appears. If you are careful where you park your car and buy a windscreen sun reflector., you can reduce it .
It's a pain but eventually it gets you .

What's the octane rating for the fuel in Nigeria? You can't add octane booster when you don't know your starting point.
