Shout out to everybody in the house... I am just preparing stuffs that I intend to take to camp. Below is a picture showing what I've bought and plan to take to camp. Do I need anything else?

It's a welcome development...

dat so nice, am frm oyo nd I live in oyo, it is a nice place to serve infact I don't mind serving dere too. Concerning d road, God will always protect us. We shall nt die bt live. Death is nt ur portion in Jesus name.so be positive

Do you mean Oyo town or Oyo state?

This thread will soon make front page... When it does, I will comment in relation to the topic ...

What purpose does hijab serve in educating kids in school? Some people just take things to the extreme... Nobody is forcing anybody to totally stop wearing hijab but not in secular school... If this is allowed to stay, then the traditional parents also can send their children to school in masquerade attire ...kudos to the judge

Last bomb: We, Nigerians, should stop viewing issues or policies with religious sentiments... We(most of us) always pretend to be religious while the moral decadence is high ...

Patiently waiting to read people's experience...

In other news, we have discovered a genius man

Those ones are called Victims of Circumstance and DAT isn't my portion coz my life is full of Testimonies

Amen... Like I said earlier, heaven(God) helps those who help themselves. Also, faith without work is dead...

noordean:

Haryoryhemie:
Yes o, anywhere dem post me, God's Grace will follow me and His eyes will watch over me. same with everyone of us

So are you saying that God's grace was not with the corpers that were caught up in 2011 post election violence in the North? God helps those who help themselves...

Chai! Nysc want to kill me with emails about call up number... I paid yesterday and call up number was sent to me twice... This morning, I just received another email and text message about call up number from Nysc...

pholarche:
Jaylord thanks 4 d reply. im new in the house. Folakemi Akintoye from Ekiti state university, I read sociology. hope to enjoy d house to d fullest n I hope am welcomed. thanks everyone

You are welcome... You will surely enjoy your stay here

The fear of North(especially boko haram states) is the beginning of wisdom... I was formerly #teamiwillnotpay4000 but when I heard that posting cannot be influenced after next week, I quickly turned to #teamiwillpay4000 and I've paid. I can't afford to be thrown to North... For those that are still in #teamNonPaymentof4000, kudos to you all. Continue the struggle... When I was in the process of paying, I saw a page where the benefits of paying 4000 are listed and I munched it... @Shootsight, how far

@Sodiqyinka... Help!. I wanted to pay but it was unsuccessful. It brought 'transaction error' as the reason why it was unsuccessful...What should i do?

handsum92:
Bros shootsigh, as graduate of your school are lyk three...just add like 3-5 of us from in here from other schools that are in here bikonu!...some of us(esp mee) are too broke to pay for runs, one naija...tanks in anticipation broda!...God bless...NB: na mi first ask o...lol

noordean:
na only u waka cum bro, nobody go join u 4 ds kind tin

Why now? We must be patriotic... Special allowance will be given in addition to federal and state allowances ... So i ask again, who will join me?

Getting ready to join ...Who will join me?

@sodiqyinka... You said posting will end by 14th of this month and call up number for those that didn't pay will come out on 15th/16th. Can't it still be influenced since call up letter will come out around 28?
Reminder: we are in Nigeria

hallibay:
Gud pm everyone, to all OAUite in the house the call up numbers for Batch C mobilisation have been pasted at the DSA, u can start checkin by tomorrow. Goodluck!

No, I don't think so... Somebody just checked DSA and he said that it wasn't there...

I heard that one of the documents that we need in order to enter camp is statement of result. If that is the case, then everybody(whether you paid 4000 or not) will go to school in order to collect it...

sodiqyinka:
Yes, you will get it in less than 24hours after you make the payment if you have been mobilised and deployed to a state. Cheers.

Do you mean that those that got their call up number have been posted?

It can be looked at from two perspectives:
1. Worldly perspective
2. Spiritual/sciptural perspective

Worldly perspective
There is nothing wrong about christians eating ileya meat or muslims eating christmas chicken as this promotes religious harmony. Religious tolerance can be promoted by celebrating the festive periods together.

Spiritual perspective
It is very wrong for a christian to eat ileya meats as eating it means the acceptance of the authority and existence of another God than the one christian worships. The same analysis applies to the muslims.

Last bomb: I've been eating ileya meats for a while now. I even ate it today ... I am not in any way justifying any position... Maybe i will stop it one day by God's grace...

princetunex: Deadline date concerning the submission of material list. As for submission of material list, I do not knw if it has bn sent.

I just learnt that OAU had submitted the masterlist to Nysc but it may not be all departments. It was only the departments that submitted their students' result to senate and was approved that were mobilized. I am sure that my department(political science) result was approved and even graduating list was pasted like 2 weeks ago. Source: A friend of mine in school

Oga ooo...

@sodiqyinka... I sent you a mail. I am waiting for your response

Can anybody confirm whether OAU sent list to NYSC or not? @Oau students...
