Hello everyone! As a second time applicant, do you attach your SOP and Letter of Explanation (addressing VO’s concerns) i.e you upload 2 different letters or use just one letter to state purpose and address concerns.

It depends on how you can tell your story.
I did not write or submit a new SOP, neither did I submit the one I used in my first application. I simply drafted about 6 page LOE, explaining my specifics

It all depends on your intention, no one can advise you for or against. You will need to read a lot about each one and decide which one you will go for.

Hi. I'm in the same situation. Still haven't gotten the passport pickup email; then I realized that I should have utilized today to get them on phone. I have downloaded redial app already.
Btw, I paid for the courier fee last Friday but waiting for the email before I send the form with the attached transaction receipt

Same thing here but I was able to sign in a few minutes ago finally. I see changes to my status changed from "submitted" to "Application/Profile updated" and then to "Approved". But am unable to view the full application page. It goes off to "Bad gateway". I think they are working on it.

Is Like Kenya using 2 working days to send 1 approval to Nigeria

A reliable source told me they brought in over 700 passports in the last few days. Their Lagos office may be the one responsible for slowing down the approval process. I understand this because it's not possible for Nairobi to be sending in a passport or 2 to Nigeria each time

E be like say na only me still dey await final approval among Paper applicants here. Been finding it difficult logging into my accounts, probably they're working on it. I don check like 20 times today already

I think they're meant to provide you a link for the form to fill, inside which you will indicate the address that you want it to be sent to, as well as link for payment

The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. 20AXxxx has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO.
Does this mean my passport is ready for collection?

But the little I know, we will still need courier, because no in-person service yet
