I had one few weeks ago. Some dude that I didn't even know his name messaged me to introduce himself as my secondary school mate (School that I left about 16 years ago). He mentioned that his wedding was coming up soon and he wanted me to be among his wedding committee.
I asked him if he's sure he's not mistaken me for someone else?
To my amazement, dude called my name. He obviously picked my contact from the alumina chat group.
I also asked how can I help you when you don't even know which state I reside and you need me to be part of the people to organise your wedding?
Dude said, the committee will tell how I can help.
Boom, I found myself in a group. The first thing I saw was we are contributing XYZ for our brother's wedding.
I was like, just like that!
I had no prior relationship with dude and he obviously didn't know how I am surviving. He has never made an impact or whatsoever in my life, but he wanted my money.
This should be banned with an immediate effect.
