GEExclusive: Hehe.. To my beloved Abimbola, birthday isn't meant to remind you of how old you are or the day you were born. It actually meant to checkmate how well you've done achieving your short and long term goals. As the days goes by, there should be a constant reminder within you that regardless of how much you've achieved in the previous years, what lies ahead of you far outweighs what lies behind. As you bask in the euphoria of your birthday celebration, don't be dissuaded by side attractions, never you carried away by success because they shall come in abundance. From me to you, as you turn a new page in your new book, I pray that those things you weren't able to achieve in the previous page shall be an addendum to those you set out to achieve in the new. I want you to see yourself as work in progress, cus you'll be amazed what you'll become in the coming year. Stay cool and have a fantastic birthday celebration .
Do send my cake across. Aww... So touching. What a lovely write-up @GEE If only this was a real life bday, I would have started crying by now. GEE, you're a darling. On behalf of Myself, My Bae and my to-be in Laws, we say a very big thank you. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to all who made out time to be with us tonight. May the Good Lord lead you on. Safe trip as you journey back. Goodnight all. See you tomorrow Amicable09, God's grace in your interview preparations. Still to get your mail reply. *****Modified******** Page 813? Uh.......hhh!! These new page goodies shall not pass me by. @Jazmiynne, still have our deal @ hrt. |

daretodiffer: Are you saying that people should stop living their lives because of the dead? They are dead and they are not coming back. Having an elaborate wedding does not mean you loved the dead less, it means you are ready to forge on with life The bolded reminds me of my dad's statement when I reasoned otherwise. What matters most is giving due respect to the dead and moving on with life. |
Family › Re: Is It Ideal Having Another Elaborate Wedding After A Wife/Husband Is Dead? by karleone(m): 2:39pm On Jan 20, 2016 |
irunooboo: wedding is not the issue here but the sexual power of the man especially in marriage. if a man cannot last minimum of 50mins on the 1st round, such marriage is useless. secondly the man must possess a big dick so he's wife will have no reason to cheat on him later in life Your point has nothing to do with the subject of this post. Try and make sense a bit. |

Cutehector: Till death do you two part.. Dat includes your in laws 'Till death do you part', does not extend to the in laws o. What if they marriage was blessed with kids? You don't expect them to wipe off every paternal/maternal relationship. |

tollyB: really? wats it about.... been home alone.. It was actually about a hunter been hunted. I sent a tweet to a known and very helpful twitter handle (@Gidi_traffic) in Eko yesterday about being kept posted on possible Civil Engrg graduate openings in the construction industry but some CE grad tweeps read another meaning into the tweet and a whole lot replied me asking for my email and contact no. thinking I was recruiting- the actually read a wrong meaning to what I posted, even with the presence of a question mark. They replies were so much that I felt I'd done something wrong (like arousing their desires to get a CE grad job in the construction industry). After much much sha, I replied and apologized to all of them for the wrong information. Are you in Lagos? |

great664: Wasted time in Dec, didint bother to apply again Nobody applied either. The recruitment process was for any aspiring employee to come for interview on the said date with his/her documents (original and photocopy). That's the height of cluelessness on the part of our recruiters. Tomorrow you'll hear them (Recruiters) tagging graduates 'unemployable'; not remembering the level of incompetence displayed by most of them during recruitment. God help our struggles |

Dude? I didn't remember telling you I'm one. True!! Hello TollyB, How do you do? Hope you had a wonderful day? Read your last diary update with a warm and smiling face. It's so lovely remembering the strives of our parents in our growing up; the hussles just to enroll us into the best of schools, the beautiful things bought for our sake, the jokes and scolds. All those worth not-forgetting. Remembering them most times makes one wish them to always be there.. Believe me, they played a great role and deserves everything good from us.
