As an ftm mum i am so over worried about this rashes on my DD's neck trying to get to her face and back descending small small to bum since a week now. It comes out as single rashes bumpy ie risen without water or pus inside but b4 u know it they start to cluster to form patches with undefined borders then give it a day or two they flatten and looking shiny-dusty. Be fore now no single trace of rashes. Plz any clue to what i can do to eliminate the rashes would be welcome , btw she is 10 weeks today.

Well, he goes to crèche till about 5/6 when we get home n he changes his Diaper around 1/2 only if he didn't poo... All brands I've tried in terms of Diaper has failed me due to leaking ranging from molfix to huggues to asda little angel, then one Chinese one like that that's written in Chinese..Next time I go, I'll ask for the blue little angel, maybe that one won't leak.... Who knows if its not the plenty Diaper that's causing the rash.....when the tribotan clears the rash, it leaves mark, now his bumbum is full of patches of colors like the chest... That's y I'm reasoning sudocreme.... If u have recommendations for Diaper that doesn't leak, it would be appreciated greatly so I can buy all when I go out tmr... Thank you ma

always use vaseline on an before changing the diaper. It helps keep the urine from penetrating into the skin thereby causing irritation

try Witlux Diaper and for the rashes use Rainbow soap

it's no normal, anytime she is having it, just give breast. With time it will reduce. It's so frequent in newborn babies.

Hello moms. My 5month old has a very stubborn drool rash on his neck. I’ve tried fighting it with Agnesia powder but it seems to make it worse.also tried leaving it alone but didn’t improve. Am currently dabbing it with methylated spirit twice a day after his bath but still no improvement. I try to always keep the area dry from drool and sweat. Nothing has worked and it’s been weeks.

Please what else can I try to effectively extinguish this rash for good?

Use Rainbow soap.

Lie to breast feed when you can,it could be the pressure of the milk,if it's , will gradually stop as baby gets older.
However, check the baby's tongue for tongue tie.

Compliments of the season Sabi Mamas, please o my Lo is 3 weeks old and she is always choking while sucking except when we lay to BF and again from her Bday till now she has hiccups everyday. Please anyone with remedy kindly chuk mouth.

I Ttc for 1year and about 6 months. God answered my prayers in June 2018. Aw such sweetness in my heart and home when i found out that night about my being pregnant. B4 i knew it Ms struck and they said it will last till 3 months but the waiting was like forever. B4 i blinked it was over and i became strong like never b4. My Edd was march 15th but i found my self being induced on march 26th after all the Aboki pineapple i had, after the long night dance and very long distance walks. Not to forget the hot that i top it off with. In all Glory be to God for a successful induction which was done by 1am contraction started around 11 am baby Winner made her grand entrance around 6pm weighing 3.6 kg not without tear. Gods name be praised forever.

I pray for all waddling mamas, Your joy shall be full and you and your babies will be saved in childbearing.
For those who desire earnestly for the fruit of the womb the Good Lord shall bless u with your own.

I had an amazing and inspiring time here on this thread. Stay strong and positive everyone

Not at all. Maternity leave is 12 or 18 months where I’m at, I went with 12 months so thought to start my leave earlier as I will still have plenty of time to take of my baby once she arrives.

My people, after long walks, eating too much pineapple disturbing my doctor tire and many more..... Lol, Jehova overdo did it for me. We welcomed our princess on the 22 of March 2019 at about 1am at 40weeks 1day. It was only God day did it after 2 hours of active labour. BS will be told soon. I want to use this medium to appreciate this forum. U are wonderful!!!!

Bs: I gave birth today 19/3/19 at exactly 41 weeks, mild contractions started around 8 pm yesterday, so I was able to sleep through the night till around 4 am when strong contractions hit me, then I started seeing show, I stood up from bed around 5am to prepare my child for School, I cleaned the house, wash some clothes, prepare food even in the middle of contractions, when I got to a certain stage when contractions are stronger and closer, I told my husband it time we move to the hospital, we dropped our son in school around some minutes to nine, and we got to the clinic around past 9, I was checked n was told 6cm, the mid wife did sweep stuff, n I moved immediately to 8cm, at past 10 I was already 10cm, then I was moved to Labour room, to push con be wahala, I was there trying to push till to 11, and I baby poop, he was already stressed, I was helped with a cut, n pushed my baby out at exactly 10:50am, stitching was painful, alihamdulilah all end in praise, wish everyone save delivery.

Pregnancy journey started with a morning sickness filled first trimester and a second trimester filled with tiredness but overall the journey was smooth.
Edd was given as 1st march (even my cappo tot i qaa going to port to February) but alas 1st came n went no show or sign of labour not until 15th March when i saw my bloody show proper n contractions started immediately, rushed myself to the clinic only to be told i am just 2cm dilated and had to go back home n come back later that day. Went back n i was admitted as labour was progressing well until i hit 8cm dilation and labour just stalled at exactly 12am on 16th March after waiting to see if labour was going to progress again n no show i was transferred to the general hospital, after receiving 2 drips and oxytocin labour progressed again and at exactly 4:45am i had the urge to push and nurse just said the next time the urge comes i should just push, baby came out with cord around the neck after 4 mighty pushes with no tear at all at exactly 5:10am followed by the placenta.
I am just grateful to God that i and baby are fine.

First trimester-not something I couldn’t cope with. Had my last shot of hepatitis vaccine before getting to know about the pregnancy, scared something might go wrong.
Second trimester- started exercising mainly walking
Third trimester- increased the walking duration, included some other pregnancy exercises, ate right
39WEEKS 2 days- Dr- if labor doesn’t start on it’s own at 40 weeks, we opt for cs. I’m fine with that!
Next few days- Exercised more, danced, relaxed, anxious, prayed, sex and yet no sign of labor����
10/03(6.30pm)- checked in at the hospital, scared but still hopeful that labor will start.
11/03(7-30-9.00pm)dh and ds left. Alone. Nurse came to shave me. Had some cuts��. Slept
6-7am- had my bath, iv line was drawn, urine bag inserted. Painful �dh came around.
7-30-lost track of time- entered the theatre. Spinal epidural given, cut open, baby brought out, sewed back. Mixture of emotions, breathing exercise, singing choruses made me relaxed.
No time zone- recovery, shaking with uterine contraction. Didn’t blive I will survive it!!
12/03- moved to another room, pumped with so many infusions and injections. Arrgh-women are strong!!!!
13/03- started having post operative headache!!! Never had that before,wasn’t prepared for how painful it is.
Lots of fluid, lying on the back helped.
14/03- still in the hospital, baby latched on well, engorged breast, headache but improving!!!!
15/03- hopefully will be discharged!!
NB- don’t be scared, u can do it!!! U are stronger than you think.
Baby came out with a 6th finger
