Saturday too risky. Labs close early and result may not be ready till Monday.
Sunday not an option. No airline will board you without test result.
The test is required till Chicago, and can still be used to Denver.
You will be required to take another anyway when you arrive Denver

Based on the 3-day rule (72 hrs), you should be fine on Saturday. Go to a place that you're sure delivers on time. Sunday would be too risky, unless if you're fine with having high BP

If it's as bad as you just mentioned, why are you desperate to go back even after visiting consecutively for the past twenty years like you said earlier on? Moreover it's not about telling them about you father multiple business, how well did you deliver the answer to some questions you were asked? Were you well articulated when you answered some questions? I know sometimes the visa approval can be tricky and some might just be lucky but you need to just calm down and enjoy every passing day. I don't mean to be rude or disrespectful. I know that feeling when you want something so bad but it's not going as you expected, the frustration, the pain. What's your work experience? You need good work experience, and it's for your own good. Have you taken GMAT (or GRE as most MBA programs also accept it)? Those are important factors in getting scholarships (usually partial) for an MBA. And so that you know, scholarships for MBA are not common like for other programs, especially at the top business schools. Most people also take loans to finance their MBA.

The reality is that people would always want to argue against putting in the work required to get the best or optimal outcome. The truth, as you have mentioned, is that GRE is required for very competitive programs; the best and elite programs. One's undergrad record is also important (GPA of 3.5+/4.0 or 3.2+/4.0 if you can kill GRE with above 325). There will always be one or two who get into great programs without it (especially due to covid), but those are the exceptions not the rule. And these exceptions may have solid publications and Masters, if their undergrad was subpar.

If you arrived at the first city in the US and your next flight is in 1.5hr. There’s a high probability that you’d miss that flight cause the first city is your point of entry and it might take a long time. Leaving at least 4 hours in between is more ideal.

Oh since you're going from JFK to La Guardia, that changes the equation. Thought it was all in the same airport. Just make sure you have enough money to buy another ticket in case you miss the flight since you did not buy a single ticket. That's the advantage of a single ticket cos the airline can help you get another flight if you miss a connecting flight without you paying for it.
