We weaned successfully, these days she comes to bring out breast but I tell her it is smelling then she starts covering her nose...she sleeps from 9pm to 4am , she takes just water and goes back to sleep.. she still refuses to eat but we will get there soon... Thanks

congrats, I'm suspecting she would start accepting more foods now after the weaning. GB started loving cereal once I weaned her. She's still not a big fan of cerelac but loves nutribom with plenty fullcream milk.

My question is should I get d syrup or the tab?
She is fine,no vomiting or fever,just the stooling.

I am suspecting the little drop of spirit her dad gave her or...I don't know really.

How old is she? We used the tablet when my dd was about 5 months old.. there is this table water we use , nestle table water (with green cover), it contains zinc and we were told it will prevent stolling and believe me since we have been using it she has not had an episode of stooling sonce she was 5 or 6 months old..

Have u tried semo and okro soup? My son doesn't eat either but give him semo and okro soup anytime and he will eat the quantity an adult should eat.

I have only tried eba and okro soup and sincerely she eats it once in a while, I will try with semo this time.. thanks a lot

Good morning everyone, thanks to those who gave weaning tips yesterday, she only cried a little before we slept and I fed her with just water, when she saw that the breast was not forthcoming she just left my bed and went to join my mum in her room and she slept there till this morning without crying or looking for breast. . We have successfully gone through 24 hrs without breastfeeding

My baby has not thrown tantrums today atall, I coated all my nipples with flagyl so my baby just comes to look at it to see if it is gone and she goes back to whatever she is doing, we are waiting for night time as well, she has finished 4 fresh yo already, kelisouzy is this how it works?

mamas that want to wean, just zero your minds cos they will definitely wail and almost bring down the roof. Try to feed them late at night so they will be heavy and thus sleep till almost morning. Giving tea or other drinks might get accustomed to them and it'll be another task trying to stop that later. I give my baby water whenever she wakes and pet her back to sleep., if she refuses I just turn and form sleep when she rolls without response she will have no choice but to go back to sleep.

What I did, i replaced all breastfeeding times with meals. If you'd child is eating solids, feed more. If he comes for breast, give water instead. Also speak to your baby. You can say in a soft tone "no more breastfeeding"

Also, at night I give semo and okro soup. It keeps him full for a very long time. If he wakes up at night, I give water. If he keeps crying, then I give cereal.

My baby doesn't eat atall, how then do I stop breastfeeding, I plan to stop today hoping that she will eat if she doesn't get the breast milk, please is it advisable to stop breastfeeding as she doesn't eat anything, she doesn't take tea or anything, only boiled egss

Please i am a first time mum and delivered via a c section. I know they say i should take my time to loose the tummy fat.but can anyone suggest a quicker way to do so.is it possible to loose tummy fat after a c section ?

Some people say they start using Tommy belt from 6 weeks and some start once they feel they are healed or once the doctors gives go ahead, for me I didn't try anything to loose the Tommy fat, 1 yr and 3 months later I still look like I am 6 months pregnant.. don't be like me biko

I just noticed sudocreme bleaches. It is effective against rashes but turned my baby to onye ocha just after 3days of use. I have stopped using it on him . I converted it to my own use and it is also working on pimples. I just noticed it is bringing out the blackhead inside the pimple b4 working on it.

Sudocream made my daughter dark, truely it works for many things
