Who else suffered from hypertension stage 2 and has given birth successfully, doctors are really on my case but my BP is not moving atall,it remains stand still at 160/110, I rest well enough, I avoid salt in my food, I take my meds 3times daily, I need to know if there is something else that should be done.

Sabi fellow bellefull Mama's abeg this vjay itching of mine is getting out of hand, I have been to hospital for it twice nothing is seen but they will give me mycoten cream but yet the itching is there , u might want to ask if there is discharge no. Please is there anything else I can do asides using mycoten. My friend who just put to bed a baby boy said that same happened to her but disappeared immediately she put to bed and that someone told her some [sub][/sub]male pregnancy are like that.

ACV (apple cider vinegar), in a very very small quantity mixed with same quantity of warm water,just use cotton wool to clean your vjay and under just 2days you will be fine or see great improvement.. sometimes it is also part of pregnancy but it wouldn't hurt to try and ease off the itch

Funny enough I started showing from around 6weeks, I remember my husband asking the scan guy how many babies is in my stomach and the man almost chased him out when he kept on insisting for the man to check because only 1 baby can't push my stomach out the way it did, now there is a difference , I now have a bump while then I was just bloated..

In the meantime, pls 4realwoman and other mamas with experience with CS, how do I cope with the pains? Especially when I get up from the bed. Funny thing is that by the second day, I was much stronger and could climb the staircase leading to my room. I was even getting up to go change my pad and even fed baby formula without calling the nurses.

Now on the 4th day, I'm experiencing more pains especially in my abdomen when I try getting up. But I can still move around without bending and still get things done.

Pls, is this how the pain will be and for how long will it last? I know I should be resting, and I'm getting plenty rest, but is there anything I can do to feel better faster cos this baby eats a lot and wants to always breastfeed. Thanks and sorry for the long post.

For the pain you need a lot of rest, rest rest rest. Continue with your meds for pain and you will feel better real soon

Go to those women that sell vegetables in the market and tell them you want anara leaf or just call it garden egg leaf, you will get it fresh from them or they direct you to where you can find it. Ugu water is also another one..

28% is not okay at all, i suffered same blood shortage not too long ago,same 28%, I didn't take any blood tonic or drugs rather I used garden egg leaf( plenty of it), squeezed ugu water and malt and milk, then while making my tea I use a lot of milk, I checked 5 days ago and the blood level is now 35%, try these things and see if it would work for you..

EDD says 26th December, we are fine apart from small small nausea, every food is tasteless, and too much anger ( I get angry over the smallest thing as someone coughing beside me). Went for scan yesterday and still don't understand why I was scanned from the va.gi.na before baby could be seen and heart beat heard

I think your calculation is right, we have a 3 days difference that is why I am already in 5 weeks while you are almost 5weeks gone, just 3 more days and you would be 5weeks gone, your calculations are correct mama

For my first baby I did lots of scan too .
Any small thing scan just to make sure the baby is fine. This one I have only done 3scans so far and we are about 29weeks. I cant believe it myself.

I guess it was partly because I was not fully engaged then and also the hospital was very close to my house. This time around it's a bit far and I dont av a car so na to just sit down wait for antenatal.

I did a lot of scans for my last 2 pregnancies, at a point the man who always attended to me told me to stop and wait till I'm near delivery, what I did was to change the scan centre to a new place. Fear of Coro is the begining of wisdom so I don't think it would be like that again this time

Yes. At the hospital where I did the scan, I was actually told to come register for antenatal in 3 months' time. So I guess there's nothing to worry about for now.

You may want to reduce your frequency of scams, though. I hear the rays aren't exactly healthy.

P.S. I need clarifications on some things. I'm yet to start antenatal as I think hospitals are unsafe at this time. So, please, I need advice and instructions on how to cope without antenatal... what are the things I can do for and by myself. Hubby already got me pregnacare original. Do I need any more than that? Sister-in-law said I could get more folic acid, but pregnacare already contains 400mcg of folic acid, which I understand to be the exact daily requirement.
For now, I'm not exhibiting any annoying symptoms except peeing a lot more frequently and my breasts being fuller.

This is my first pregnancy ever and I'm super excited. EDD is Dec 22nd.

Wow, congrats, my EDD is December 30th, my calculation and baby centre says I am also 5 weeks gone.. I think it is too early for antenatal (my opinion), I actually went for a scan last week and to FMC umuahia but when the scan ( yes I have a problem with scans, I do scan almost 20times before delivery) said they can't detect any sac yet I decided to go home and wait, besides it is truly scary now going to a hospital because coro isn't written on the face,

Yes jobi is good, good reviews come from there, try and register with the general hospital too as their services are top notch, ignore their attitude and you will be fine

I've been on bed rest cos I was leaking fluid at 32 weeks.Though It has been arrested. I'm still scared, what if baby decides to come now, what are the chances of survival? They gave me some drugs to mature baby's lungs.
I've lost two and I'm not loosing this one.

The best way to recover from CS quickly is to rest very well, resting heals you very fast. . Activities like exercise, using girdle can start from six weeks by then you are sure that you are healed from the inside.. but try and see your doctor for him to give the go ahead..for me I don't stress myself at all, it is almost 2 yrs already for me but if you ask me to carry a bucket of water i will tell you I had CS
