Most multinational company only allow up to 40% of other investors. In most instance, no individual is allowed up to 5% holding. This places the original owners in fair advantage. So, when people say Nigeria has major shares in mtn, it's quite laughable. Ffk breaking down the statistics is a bit to educate a lot of us but definitely not in a tense time like this

Interesting to know! I have sisters and gal friends. It's important to note that a lot of young gals don't understand how to take care of themselves. A certain tall fine babe once paid me visit months back. I wanted to scroll through her garden lolz but unfortunately she was already seeing her red before she came. Gush! As if she planned it.

In a couple of hours, she complained of menstrual pains. I got a bit scared cos she was in pains. Gave her tfare to go home and chatted her what she has done about it. To my surprise, she said nothing. I quickly instructed her to get felvin which she got to know about the first time. The next day she called me to thank me. Telling me she slept like a lil babe.

In a nutshell, a lot of ladies needs threads like this but unfortunately they're on Instagram following some punks with no mental value in their lives

Pojomojo:
I lived in SA for sometime and I can say a thing or two about them.

An average South African male is an illiterate and hate Nigerians passionately. Allow a South African male to choose between Satan and a Nigerian, he will chose Satan without regret. 1/

This hatred is nothing else but for economic reasons. An average South African male till this day doesn't understand how a Nigerian will come to SA and in months, he is already working and in few years setting up businesses while himself is struggling to make ends meet. For him, it is unacceptable. Nigerians must be using some kind of voodoo one South African told me at retail park in waterkloof. Nigerians drive the finest cars and above all f**ks the most beautiful of SA girls. To him, this cannot continue and it must be stopped.

By our nature as Nigerians, we are loud and determined and most times South Africans interpret this as domineering. Nigerians are taking away our businesses and our women you would here. For them, this African Brothers must be stopped by all means. We must send Nigerians away. An average South African black male is jobless, depraved, a drunk and hopeless. He is entrench in crime and have no problem raping his sister, mother and grandmother. This is a regular occurrence in South Africa. So, taking the lives of Nigerians means nothing to him.

Hand an average South African black male the shops he is looting to run, he will sell and use the proceeds to drink alcohol and buy drugs. Don't get me wrong, their are good South African black males, but they are the educated ones and are in the minority. I have seen people talk about Nigerians leaving SA. Lets be clear, it will not happen. Do you know how many Nigerian businesses are in Johannesburg? Do you know how many Nigerian run hospitals are in Pretoria? Do you know how many Nigerian run saloons, car shops are in SA?

Nigeria and South Africa cannot be separated no matter how hard we try. The bond btw both countries is deeper than what we see in the surface. Aside businesses and historical alliances, thousands of Nigerians are married to South Africans. No one can break this alliance.

Lets be clear also. Too many Nigerians are doing crime in South Africa. This crime ranges from online fraud to hired assassins. You cannot enter a country and then constitute nuisance. In Johannesburg, too many Nigerians are into drugs and online fraud. This people are giving Nigerian a bad name

You people asking for government to take actions against South Africa companies in Nigeria, have you thrown away your MTN sims yet?
Have you cancelled your DSTV and GoTV subscriptions yet?
Is that dish still mounted on your roof/wall? you walk in to those offices , shorite, Dstv, and MTN , you don’t see any South African but Nigerians earnings an honest living.

For those of you that can't boycott DSTV simply because of premier league.

Download WSS APP
it has every sports channels that you can ever ask for.
Stream all you want
Boycott DSTV!

Please I must add that you must download MX PLAYER APP so as for you to stream.
The WSS APP automatically uses the MX PLAYER to play videos.

Wao, so the average SA citizen is unschooled! Education is really freedom and means a lot of things to different society. Anyway, the north can be likened to the south Africans cos of their cheap view to human life

Contrary to your view, wike gave a stern warning to ipob weeks back. You might also be right to an extent as Rivers state is a combination of Igbo riverine communities. I think wike is being political as they say all politics serves self interest first. What does he gain to support ipob or give them lee way in rivers? Of course he's protecting his economic and political interest as he's a stakeholder

The beggers in America are drug addicts like u mention including some Nigerian and African brothers over there. Got to know this when a friend came from Spain 2016. [may contain lots of typos...]

Here they come with the false equivalency again!

Can we do some real comparison with data? First question, lets establish some baseline...who is an average Nigerian and how much does that individual earn, what industry does he or she works in, then use that data and march likes-for-likes with an average American.

E.g. Is that individual a graduate civil servant on grade 08 in Nigeria, whose income is strictly from his salary, no bribe, kickbacks, no government diversions, etc; then compare that same individual base on education, level of experience, years in civil service to a similar individual working in America civil service either local, state or federal...Are you saying that Nigerian living strictly on his salary with no other dishonest income source is better than the average America? You be the Judge, use google and do computation of their earnings, etc and compare.

Sometimes, we make the mistake of comparing celebrates and entertainers in Nigeria with professional Americans who are not celebrates or entertainers. If you want to compare A-list comedians in Nigeria like I-Go-Dey and their success within the Nigeria context, try to use A-list comedians in the USA, e.g. Chris Rock....or if you want to compare Davido in Nigeria, try use USA examples like 50 cents.

Now brings the point about debts, money, riches, etc....What you fail to understand is that, 'money' is a fiat currency, it is useless without the value global economy attached to it. The America economy is built on credit system, without this credit system, the economy and it's value will crumble over night.

Lets take a simple example of buying a car...does that your average Nigeria own car? Lets assume he does not own a car, lets start deducting from his/she salary and save up money for him/her to buy a car..lets say that car is a Toyota Camry 2018, with a price tag of $23,000.00 (N8,165,000.00)...how many years on monthly savings will it take person to say N8b? Level -8 civil servants in Nigeria makes on average about N980,000/PA....even if this individual is able to save 50% of his/her salary towards this Car, it will take them 16 years to afford the car..if they save 100% of their salary, that is about 9 years! Add 3.5% yearly inflation to that money, plus the fact that in 9 years time, a similar Toyota camry be above $23,000.00...Compare that, to a similarly situated average America graduate, who walks into the car dealer, sign a five years loan and makes car payments for five years. This average America gets that car today, the Nigeria will wait 9-16 years, and will start using that car to improve his standard of living, business, etc and will pay off the Car in five years free and clear why his Nigerian counterpart still trying to save money to buy the same car....my guest is, in maybe in 10 tens after owning the car free and clear for 5 years, he will sell it out and it will be shipped as tokunbo to Nigeria and be sold to his Nigeria counterpart.

Use that same example above and ditto it for owing a house, etc.....You have to use the credit system to work for you. This is the singular reason the Average Chinese foolishly save money and live in penury and the wise America will come and borrow that money and live a comfortable high standard of living....since this is fiat currency, its value is useless and often is controlled by the America system.

Apart from the govt workers, no Job security for naija private firms self. The average Nigerian worker lives in uncertainty cos his life is tied to one single Job unlike Americans

With their student loan, they're still better than us. Which Nigerian bank don grant student loans for naija? A Nigerian student resorts to immediate families or sell parents belongings to sail through school or better still borrow from kind neighbours.

Why are we even comparing naija living standard with America? Even living in their country sides (their rural parts) is far better than most Nigerian cities

That's the shame over one million Nigerians are living with in America. They can't come back because they are stuck. If you ask Americans to pay cash for their cars 99% of them won't be able to afford it. Americans are broke and miserable and 95% of them will die in debt. If in 2019 Nigerians don't know an average Nigerian is richer than a middle class American then they are the dumbest donkey on earth

My bro, let's be realistic small naaaa. Nigeria get social welfare package for old, young, unemployed ?etc

Nigeria get mortgage available to all class of workers like America?

Nigeria get get opportunity like Americans hopping from one job to another or doing 4 jobs at the same time?

In short, can Nigeria including most african contries presently survive without American tech power?

Answer is a big fat NO!

History is essential but forging ahead for the future is critical and this is the bane of our development. We look at the negative side of our history and continue to dwell on it. What is stopping our progress as a people? Nigeria is not even as complex as India and America yet we don't grow. The first coup and war including the discovery of oil at oloibiri in 1957 are major set back if not the parliamentary system of govt at the time with all it's inadequacies I believe is still the best and would have had different constitutional conference setting Nigeria at an enviable economic and social environment
