The problem is that mr president has not upgraded himself.he needs to learn seriously.am sure he did not read that budget before approving it.he does not understand what leadership is in democracy unlike in military where u just make decree.from presidential media chat u wil see that he does not understand certain economical terms why won't d budget be a flop?
