Assemblies of God church is not God and asking the church to obey the law does not amount to fighting God. So, don’t mix the two together.

Church are exempted from paying taxes from income generated from tithes and offerings majorly. However, if they generate other incomes from commercial activities such as sales of books and other items, operation of schools etc, they are duty bound to pay taxes on such incomes. Salaries paid to pastors and other workers in the church are also taxable. The church should go and pay up its taxes instead of throwing tantrums around.

We have so many religion fanatics in this country, which is affecting this country of our. We now claim to know more than those who brought the so called religions to our land. What is the big deal if churches and mosques start paying taxes, afterall it's a way of contributing to the growth of the economy. At least what the Holy books preach is LOVE. I beg, you all religion fanatics should stop being greedy and self centered. Afterall the western world's and the East are not as close to religion as we are and they are doing better than us.

If soldiers could kill Policemen in order for free a kidnapper, then the issue of security men stealing students phone shouldn't look new to us all. The best thing is to be the security of yourself and also pray to God for protection.

No one is saying you should not scold a child, there should be a limit to everything. Kneeling down inside the sun will definitely get her dehydrated and who knows she might faint and might not survive it. And mind you, this is a house help who has come to render service to you and not your child, which means she had no right to punish her, the worst I expected her to do is sack her if she doesn't listen to you. I once accepted a minor under my roof and his father made me know that the boy was very stubborn and I should always report him whenever he misbehaves. Throughout his stay, I never lifted my hands up on him, I only studied him, then I made go through some life test, which he failed and later came back to me pleading for correction and the right way to live his life. It is not every time you beat a minor for every offence. Talk is enough for some of them. Talking senses into some of them head pains them than beating them. Showing them love also matters. That is one of the major thing that makes them listen to you. Let them believe that they are secure with you, then they will bring all the matters of their life to your front for advise. I have seen someone who decided to stop bleaching just because he got close to me and my younger brother, and saw our way of life. We never complained about his bleaching for once, he came up one dat and said he had to change cuz he loved the way we were both living our lives.

You are misunderstanding and misinterpreting my comment. Addressing her as Mrs. Wizkid was wrong, she was never wizkid wife, she was just a girlfriend. She should be addressed as her name and current surname. Mrs. Wizkid means she is currently married to Wizkid, and the husband's name is not wizkid, at least he's gonna have a name. The right way to put it is Wizkid Ex girlfriend and followed by her name. I think it is high time we all start speaking our language which we understand rather than another man's language which we know just little about.

Getting a solution to that question gives you the insight of what you are going to face if you are fortunate to work in a bank, and strategize on leaving them before they drop you. No one is saying the recruitment is not good, the question is what is happening to those people they employed a year before the recruitment, are they short of staff, does the job have security. A good example is those who were sacked in Ecobank and later paidoff with a token of 120k after working for 10years. If these occur regularly, then you bring up a choice of planning to work for them for a short or long period or you don't want to work in the industry at all.

To be honest, this show is toxic. We are depreciating as a nation and I am bothered for the future. We no longer promote educational shows, talent shows like The Apprentice Africa,The Debaters,Gulder ultimate search and so many more went into oblivion. Airtel used to have a show then where universities from all over Africa competes, I really loved it. East African countries are partaking in chess game all over the world, creating opportunities for their youths, Kenya, Ghana and so many more are living us behind. I bleed within, so many potentials wasting away. Look at how many Nigerians are getting snatched from us by other countries. They are bringing out the best in them meanwhile here our intelligent,smart, talented ones are wasting away. The Nigeria I am seeing now will only get worse and in shambles in few years to come while other African nations will rise up and leave us behind. There is fire on the mountain top and no one cares.
