I understand your point, I want you to take a closer look at the last pix and the one which she you think is not filtered, she looks older in the last pix. Looking at the one you think is not filtered, her face looks whiter than the remaining part of the body exposed in the camera. I am sure this might not bring out points you want. I want you to go and use Sony Xperia Z2 front camera, before snapping please set the camera to filter so that it will filter your pix, then you will see that there are some phones that will filter your face without people knowing except you, and some experienced graphic artist/photographer. This is a welcome development. I also had same feelings when I heard the news, this country is a jungle.
