Why exactly does one backward tribe think they are better than the other backward tribe? it's the same shit in different toilets.

I apologize for my frankness.

Thank you for being very frank.

guy if they are making legit money with evidence then they are good to go but I am telling u no reasonable person with a customer base that cuts across all ages, tribes, religion will want to b on dread n tattoos

If u have a business n u have customers from all works of life u will want to look reasonable n approachable

I have never seen someone on dread that does reasonable business

And I am telling you that I have colleagues on dreads and tattoos who are doing reasonable businesses and communicating with top people in the industry, who are on dreads and tattoos.

I get your drift about properly identifying yourself with the MIB (and can only work during the day sef, no be for night)... but you see that part about dread and tattoo guys being riff raffs, forget that one.

From d lousy wear to useless hairstyles to different piercings n tattoos police identify them easily

Before u quote me ask yourself if all these things are lies, even my 7 year old neighbor son can point a yahoo boy on d street by observing his dressing alone

Not necessarily true. Some of my colleagues dey on "lousy hairstyle" AKA Guys on dreads or who actually plait their hair and some on tattoos...but they're actually making legit income.
Travel / Re: Why Do Most Nigeria Streets Look Like This? by Kaycee54321(m): 5:16pm On Sep 06, 2023
It starts with the little things people see as "normal" in Nigeria:

- You drink sachet "pure" water and dump the sachet on the road like a retard.

- You crack boiled groundnuts along the road, chewing and leaving a groundnut shell trail like a bush animal.

- You cross the express running like a confused chicken when there's an overhead pedestrian bridge few metres away from you.

- You bring out your wa.nker and piss in the nearest gutter like a baboon when you're pressed...

- And many more.

It's not magic - We are the streets.

Yesterday my sister was telling me of a colleague that was telling another man whose wife resigned a stressful job that he can't take any rubbish from woman let alone the one not earning. They were together at work when his wife called him to buy Knorr cubes and he should stop somewhere to buy Xpression hair extension for their daughter. The wife is jobless. He immediately started making excuses for his wife. That she is building her career at home.

Hahahaha. Knorr specifically.

Lmao 😂

Oh, and I remember this. While ideally, one should be open and comfortable with their partner, and shouldn't put off having difficult discussions, because they are scared of their response or "punishment", cheating has entered the picture here and so, thrown everything off balance. So by all means, employ a cost-benefit analysis or whatever business technique you need to protect yourself. Cheating itself is already an aberration in a monogamous relationship jointly sworn to. If they can cheat, they can do anything else.

I can understand why you feel this way. But trust me, nobody is a robot. Everyone is really tough when it comes to other people's stories...but there's a reason it's called a curve ball... just hope that it never comes at you...'cause, you'd think you've got it all figured out and boom, it slips through.

We can agree to disagree though - but it's easy to have mapped out strategies and this I-expect-the-worst-from-anybody attitude, so can never be you.

But it can be you.

Maybe, or perhaps I used a bad example. What I am referring to is like situation where she has to stand for you to get some financial benefit, that you may not even be able to repay in a short-term or monthly basis.

But anyway, do you.

People have rode out unpleasant (co-)dependency situations, and will continue todo so or pipe low until they are able cut themselves off without any consequences. It's just the sensible thing to do.

You go and be calling people out when you're in situations like that sha. 👍

I think this applies to a job, a business deal or even a regular friendship...where you tend to be analytical and try to be on your toes while doing your cost-benefit assessment.

In a relationship (not necessarily, marriage), what you naturally expect when you catch/confront a cheating partner is denials, apologies or a tearful break. You don't expect that your partner will go a step further to decommission you totally.

It's like finding out that, say, your mother has been telling your friends some bad stuff about you... you confront her and she kicks you off her house...and people blame you and say you should have gotten your own apartment before confronting your mom.

The truth is, you never see that coming. It's a cruel curve ball.

It is therefore an injustice, to demand or expect justice, in a completely lawless,Godless, and unjust society like Nigeria.

Factos. Self injustice.

This yahoo of a thing is a NORM in Nigeria.
A beautiful girl walked up to me somewhere in Ikoyi after I'd finished a work meeting at one of the pizzerias there and boldly asked me if I was a gee boy.
Apparently, someone on a Mac speaking English on a weekday - just has to be a Yahoo boy. She wanted my number so she can "help me make calls and talk to clients".

Very young girl of 25 max... asking if I be yahoo boy like say na professional courtesy before giving an elevator pitch.

Make I no even talk about how very foolish, legit hustlers are looking. Even if you're banking 1M per month (top 5%, at the very best, for legit hustlers), and you compare with your mate splurging millions on a daily, e go look like you dey play.

Not to mention the really smart scammers (I happen to know a few) who are investing in real estate, fancy restaurants, salons and car stands - wey be say you no fit even talk say dem dey scam, lest you be seen as an envious snake.

The matter long abeg. I stand with Plato.
