Yes it's confusing but there's constitutional provision for name change and gender change... Even with a male genital you can still decide to claim "she"... It's allowed.. only that the society will frown at such anomaly.... A good example is American rapper Young M.A... na woman but she has her own separate gender title. You can look that up online..
