wellheads: I don't think dangote really wants to reduce the prices because of his concern for nigerians, but because he has realised that his sales are dropping sharply. An average informed nigerian will never buy dangote cement if elephant cement is available. In the SS too, I think they say Ibeto cement is preferred to dangote (though not sure).

Currently, both Dangote and Elephant cements are being sold for N1,850 per bag (in fact elephant is 51kg while dangote is 50kg), and you can see people buy upto 20 bags of elephant before anyone buys dangote. The sellers are now even forcing it on people. I asked someone to supply me 25 bags last week and he brought dangote (because he hasn't sold it in a long time), I bore the pain and money to return them and take elephant cement.

You might need to research well to be sure that there is no demand for dangote cement. On the contrary,there is high demand for Dangote cement , In the last three month I have witness supply of 5 trucks of cement to a construction site and all of them were Dangote. Dont know where u got your analysis from, maybe the bulk buyer prefer Dangote.

Oshodi is calm without any form of demonstration , Guys had to walk all d way to Ojota to join occupy naija. Area boys however r robbing passerby bigtime. Learnt police shot into the air to scarce area boys in a bid to recover some stolen items.

Govt all over the world subsidize one item or the other. Wetin our govt dey subsidize?. Whatsup with the bailout fund for textile industry?

ACN again , must they give outrageous fine? One way driving in Lagos is 250,000 naira but soldiers,police officers,senior govt officilas, politicians and Agberos chieftains are all exempted till date. Now they are they are about to teach Osun people how to take /pay bribe. I can bet the law will make corruption thrive in the agency meant to enforce it. How many person don pay 250,000.00 for One way driving in Lagos?, i rather bribe.Why cant they charge 5000.00 naira?

Niger State might not be able to pay the minimum wage presently, the governor has to deal with ghost workers in the civil service  payroll. My cousin who is a doctor in the state said there are 600 doctors in the goverment payroll while a little over 100  doct0rs are actually employed(House officers inclusive). House officers in Niger State are paid by hand nothing like bank account. I guess same applies to other Ministries.

Just realized that i might not be around to cast my vote for BB, but i will canvass as much as 20 votes daily for BB before the dee day.
BB supporters stop arguing with ardent PDP paid agent here on nairaland, they are doing their job. Hit the street and get more converts you cant change PDP supporters on nairaland at all. Got to go , will be pepper soup joint tonight to get converts. It is so easy, just start argument on political matters and from there u get going

because as a VP with Yaradua they cancelled the double standard train track for high speed train approved by OBJ to CCECC. Months later they reawarded the repair of the preamalgamation track that takes almost 10hrs from lagos to Ilorin. Nigerians deserves Better!

I am impressed with Buhari campaign pictures from The North. Somehow I still feel Buhari supporters/sponsors not doing enough yet. Get stickers and flyers to the southwest cos CPC still have a lot of work to do there. From my personal observation it is so easy convincing GEJ supporters to vote Buhari cos most them dont even know why they are voting him. I wont relent in my campaign ,i am not a politician nor have any ties to any party just seeking a better Naija.

Na lie jor, na only 100,000 jobs? . Is it not the same inflated contracts they use to rip Nigerians in collabo wit Govt officials. Difficult getting any govt contract job without money exchanging hands or reaching agreements with officials concerned.

With the little knowledge i have of govt contract most contrators dont work beyond what the get from govt as takeoff funds for contracts. Moreso hw much do they pay grad staffs on the averege?, peanuts. like 15k - 30k on the average, at times no up to in some states.

Contracts the major source where politician and their agents (contractors) loot naija silly. some take off fund can even fund the project.

Very few genuine contracts in naija. Others na Man no Man. Mostly scams and overpriced!.

the check engine light is ok. The check engine light comes on when you turn on the car ignition.

thanks blank, but not all case require change of brain box. Bad oxygen sensors makes car smoke. if it was the brain box , computer scan will indicate it but in my case the check engine light is not on.
Want to believe it is something that cant be detected by computer scan that is faulty

Toyota Camry 1998 with 116k mileage. Drives great but there is always carbon deposit on tip of exhaust.

No check engine sign on dashboard, engine emmits steam when starting up in the morning clearing the carbon soot on exhaust. Check on spark plugs shows no sign of carbon on it , after driving round the black carbon comes back.

Noticed white smoke from the exhaust recently. The smoked stopped and it appears it affected the fuel consumption.

Please does anyone know of any workshop within lagos that have the equipment for compression test ?

There is the need to limit the number of posting each marketers/dealer post daily, why dont they list all their cars being advertised daily under a single heading?. For me Auto section no longer fun as it used to be, there is the need for a section dedicated to auto repairs /service considering the number of cars that has been sold here. Keeping track on topic in auto section difficult nowadays.
