I thought Arshavin had already lost his place, you know Arshavin is on the last year of his contract and no one is even bothered about it. you could say Gervinho is still settling and he's mostly played on the left so far. I guess its because so far they've played the same position for both club and country, Theo won't likely replace RVP soon cos he can't play that role and so far Arsene hasn't mentioned changing the formation. Theo can play central but it remains to be seen if he can be any better than the likes of Agbonlahor and Defoe from such a position in a 4-4-2. Basically as things stand now, Theo would be royally fcked if he doesn't change position and nothing disrupts OX's current progress . He might soon be on the verge of losing his position for both club and country.
