Define design and customize and differentiate them. Customization involves designing things too, to meet your custom requirements. In fact its more difficult, that is assuming we agree that I only customize.

Windows Frontpage is good for designing any website, if you know how to use it properly. I have used frontpage before, well 3 years or so ago, and my designs were very good back then when I used frontpage. I simply stopped using any WYSIWYG editors because, I am more comfortable with text editors. I love my Emeditor So use your WYSIWYG editors as you please, if you are good at using them.

There is nothing so special about SSL.

All you need to do is

1. Visit a vendor that sells SSL Certificate. Nairahost Nigeria sells SSL Certificates in Naira.
2. Create a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) from your hosting panel,
3. Go to the Nairahost Nigeria and Purchase the SSL that best suits your needs. We have RapidSSL, QuickSSL, and Verisign SSL Certificates .

If you are wondering how do we install on a sub-domain mask, such as https://secure.yourdomain.com, its nothing special. all you need to do is, when you create your CSR (Certificate Signing Request) from your hosting panel, you just create it with the sub-domain mask, that is secure.yourdomain.com, and add a CNAME record to use the sub-domain in your dns record.

Nairahost installs it for their clients for free and you require a dedicated IP to install an SSL Certificate.

Why can't you guys just design your sites from scratch and properly?

First rule always assume your clients don't know anything about web dev.

A web hosting service provider should assume his clients don't know anything about website development? The same client should be assumed to be aware of his/her need of the web hosting companies services? Misconception, my friend.

Its alright for customers to ask questions related to the services been rendered, or problems with the services been rendered, or anything relative. But it shouldn't be expected of the service provider to educate the customers on website development.

Some questions that you would never ask your mobile phone provider.

1. I have deleted my sms, how do I undelete them.

2. I have bought a sim card, how do I use it without a phone.

3. I would like to know if I can use just my sim card to receive calls without buying a phone, because a phone is expensive.

4. I want to know, how to use my phone, because the manual is too complicated for me to understand or I don't have time to read the manual.


My point is simply, they are service providers, and their support is isolated to the services they provide, and the same applies to web hosting companies. They should provide support to their services and nothing more. Web development, Script debugging etc, should be treated differently.

That is a myth. Search engines do not currently, or in the past ever had a problem with tables. Perhaps you are mistaken?

Since Flex 2.0, we've eliminated the server side compilation, and enabled developers to create a deployable SWF file from their MXML/AS3 code, similar to the way one would deploy a JPeg or HTML file, as plain content. This removes the burden of server side compilation and runtime dependencies.
