The law in Sweden concerning family reunion is flexible so l don't think she will be having problem,she can apply and wait until a result comes out. From the look of things since her hubby is Swedish , the process shouldn't take more than 6month.Thank God for her she is not in Nigeria,it will sure take 1yr or more in Naija case.
