Splashme:Wike is a small boy for Amaechi to fight. Don't even go there. Get over it, Jonathan lost and new Nigerian chapter has been open. |
matrixme:Rivers State will learn how? |
Things have really changed since he took over. I believe he is concentrating more on the plights of civil servants that were abandoned for years especially pensioners. He is also restructuring civil service but he shouldn't forget Lagos State is not a civil servant state. Is a business hub that requires the ground running from day. He thought he was doing good to the populace by banning the impounding of vehicles by LASTMA not knowing that most Lagosians are not not culturally civil, they need to be compel to obey. The traffic in Lagos is now meh, yesterday's own at Alausa and Maryland were just terrible. I just want him to hit the ground running. Ambode in times of infra structural development have been up and doing too. That ACME road he just fixed at Ikeja and other roads the state government have been fixing are really not been hyped. I blame his media team. Maybe the security situation has overtaken Lagosians psyche on his performances so far. He better do the needful. |
carnegiefan:Lions dey discuss, lizard wan join too. Smh |
omogin:So I must abuse him and call him names like you do to please your useless life ba? So for not insulting or seeing him the way you do, I'm licking his ass. What even makes you think you re right? Get lost! |
omogin:And he told you he is a millionare you daft. Can you name his properties he has acquired. Why will you single out Amaechi for critism out of other nominees if you don't have personal vendetta against him for removing your hero. |
omogin:Who made Amaechi a criminal? Your fat ass right huh?? |
These PDP fellas haven't learnt their lessons. That Amaechi they re fighting will eventually sink them. If am any of the PDP folks, I'll just wash my hands off the fella. |
willow0802:Wait am in church, when am thru. I'll skul you. |
Ikology:Go back to the history of this thread and I think I've answered that. |
Dhugal:Who is Dandison's father? If you can't provide an answer just feck off!!! |
Na by force to be an Igbo man? With your cooked up history to distort facts. Just that we re peace loving people, that is why you guys can spew whatever you like. Go to Wakama, George and some villages in Okrika that speak Igbos and tell them they re Igbos and see if you guys will not be under 6ft in less than 1min. Now I know why the Ikwerres are very hostile to you lots. Give them one inch and they take a space, gradually your history is turned around. |
Those our reps will just sit there and yawn away their lives. You'll only see them talking when an interest of their Boss is on the floor not the region. |
A pressure group, Forum of South East, South-South and Middle-Belt Advocates for Better Nigeria (FOSESSMBA), has called on President Muhammadu Buhari, to urgently constitute a panel to investigate the abandoned and poorly executed federal road contracts within the three zones. The group made the call after an interactive session in Enugu, where participants from the three geopolitical zones reviewed the plights of the people on account of the deplorable condition of federal roads and the near collapse of basic infrastructure in the area. The group noted that apart from the over 70-kilometre Enugu–Abakaliki single-carriage Federal Highway built under Trans- Sahara highway project during the last years of President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration, all other federal roads in the area have totally collapsed, and now impassable. In a statement signed by its National Coordinator, Bon Onwubualili, and Secretary, Tony Edike, the group observed that almost all the federal highways in the three zones, including those purportedly rehabilitated by the immediate past administration, were no longer motorable as they have been taken over by deep potholes and gullies. The FOSESSMBA said: “As a result of the poor state of affairs, many lives and goods worth several billions of naira have been lost to frequent auto crashes, while inland roads built by various state governments have been over-stretched due to diversion of heavy traffic to such roads. “We are aware that most of the federal roads in these regions like the Makurdi–9th Mile Road, Enugu-Onitsha highway, Enugu-Port Harcourt highway, Owerri-Port Harcourt, Idah- Onyedega-Otuocha Road, Ankpa-Lokoja Road, Arochukwu- Ohafia Road, Owerri-Okigwe Road, Odolu-Nsukka-Adani- Onitsha Road, had been awarded to various contractors and huge funds released to them without any appreciable job done on these roads. And where some jobs were done, they were substandard and could not last beyond the year they were constructed, making them even worse than they were, and exposing motorists to avoidable deaths. “It is even more disheartening that some members of the National Assembly from the affected geopolitical zones, had in recent past, occupied key positions as chairmen, Senate and House of Representatives Committees for Works and Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), yet, the federal highways which oversight they supervised, are today impassable and death-traps. “We hereby call on these representatives, some of who are currently holding public offices, to give account of their stewardship to those they represented, and who are now suffering on account of deplorable infrastructure,” the forum said. The group, however, urged the president to declare a state of emergency on roads in the three geopolitical zones to save the suffering people of the area from further hardship. www.thetidenewsonline.com/2015/10/28/probe-seast-ssouth-fed-road-contracts-2/ |
OlujobaSamuel:So what's the solution to this problem? The brilliant students opting out of College of Education courses and education courses in our universities? How do you make them attractive to lure these brains? |
willow0802:You cannot decipher the truth, you have been programmed to lies. |
TonyeBarcanista:Brother these men tire me no be small. Dese there colonialism approach is just meh. |
pazienza:You are an Idiooot I've now finally seen. Opobo is a full blown Ijaw land. Soil wise, culture wise and otherwise. As for the heir apparent only on King Jaja's lineage. There are things as an Opobian I'll not reveal here to your consumption cos you don't deserve it. |
biafranqueen:Thank your God you didn't quote me. The only one that is ignorant is your people that will cook history for self attachee. |
pazienza:You summarised to suit your ego. Clap for yourself. Opobo was founded not as an Igbo nation, we had different culture from Igbo bar the language which is still been an issue with the people of Bonny. So Bonny is still an Igbo land since Jumbo houses are Igbo slaves. Please go and read history of Opobo Kingdom written by her indigene not what one man at Arochukwu wrote. |
Abagworo:How can you say, it was founded by an Igbo man? The history you guys wrote is distorted. When he moved with his followers? Who re his followers? He is Igbo not denying that fact, but an adopted slave by the Bonny King same can be said of all immigrants in foreign soils. Having said that, he never regarded himself as an Igbo man, but an Ibani man to the core, it was the civil war that broke out in Bonny between his group (chiefs war canoe houses) and Oko-Jumbo (an Igbo slave too) who opposed him. He escaped with these same Bonny Chiefs to Obolo land (Andoni). The king of Andoni welcomed them and gave them land accross trans-ocean, the present day Opobo. I'm not leaning towards Ijaw. Beside, do you know my lineage is not Jaja and so why should I claim what am not? |
willow0802:Go get your head corrected. I won't join issues with animals. |
Rose2014:Is a thrash now. Distorted history to pride his ego and his followers. King Jaja is just one man in Ibani (Ijaw sub group like Kalabari and Wakireke))Land, Bonny. He moved with Ibani chiefs to another Ijaw lands which are the present day Opobo and was elected to be the King in same Ijaw land. So how is it now an Ibo land? |
Rose2014:So Opobo is not Ijaw?? |
willow0802:Which language are you writing with? Does it make you English? |
Rose2014:Opobo |
Mek God punish your mouth if you call my place an Igbo land. U don call us mba mirin and lazy folks finish. Just shut up OP. Go back to your history. As Obama is the President of the United States of America. Does it make US a Kenyan soil? |
I rep Dakuku Peterside |
