Any history of accident? Yes, July 2017 I had a bike accident that effected my right knee down to my toes, was hospitalized for weeks. After that I started having muscle pain on the knee till date.

No,but my knee muscle pain, I cannot bend the knee very well like the other left knee

I eat normal breakfast rice and beans ,papu and Milo and milk without sugar, lunch fufu or Amala with meat ,dinner rice and stew with meat or any other meal available. I don't drink beer or minerals but I do take orijin bitters.
