INEC and APC (the defendants) barely called witnesses, for very obvious reasons.. they already know what would be obtained at the end - so why waste their time and resources.

Same script they played in the last Presidential Tribunal.. where the so-called Lordships told a bewildered nation that the petitioners could not prove their case beyond reasonable doubt.

Those concerned should stop running this country like a jungle. The least they should be doing is obeying their own laws. The International community are watching.

Trubunal in Nigeria is not to get justice but at least to see in the open the unjust place we all live and the unjust people that govern us..

The 2023 Presidential Tribunal tells that much..

The rest of the upper Courts would tell you they agree with the Tribunal since you can no longer present new evidence or witness.. and the Tribunal does not give you adequate time to present evidence or witnesses.. same Tribunal would judge you for not presenting adequate evidence or witness..

It's a rigged process before it even starts.

Saw it clearly during the last Presidential Tribunal.. some of these parties are even sponsored by the defendants..

To come and waste the court's time so they won't have adequate time to hear genuine petitions and witnesses.

If INEC could aid a party to write and use cloned prefilled EC8A forms (in Kogi)..

If INEC could help a party to replace form EC8A with changed figures.. (in Edo)

If INEC could collabo with security agents to chase away opposition Polling agents at Collation centre, just so they could smuggle in replacement Collation form EC8C (in some local govts in Edo)..

If INEC could go to court and keep mum when these evidences were presented against them and the party they helped..(at various Tribunals)
