If you can find it go and watch the movie Play Misty for Me. It should give you a sense of how this might end.

funkmrflexx:
We Have Been Dating For 1 Year and 6 months now. I’ve met her parents, we wanted to get married last year but her dad told me to wait till she finishes school which is supposed to be next year. I’m 25 years old and she’s 22 .

I live alone in the city while my mom lives in the village. My younger sister who I’m sponsoring through school sometimes comes to my place during holidays and weekends. My girlfriend practically lives with me because she comes from a type of an Abusive family. So she lives with me and I even assist her with school fees and house rents sometimes. I’ve spent even more than her father for her school.

Everyone In my family knows her and she’s a very wonderful girl. Typical wife material. She supports me every time even when I’m broke. I’m not the type of guy that dates a lot of girls . I don’t even cheat on her. Since I met her I’ve done away with a lot of ladies. I’m 100% committed to the relationship

But the problem is that she Has very bad anger issues. I mean she can destroy your property when she’s angry and I’m the quiet type. I don’t like hitting a lady execpt once in a while a general brain resetting slap. When she starts she doesn’t listen to anyone. Not me, not even her parents. So anytime she’s angry like this I will just find a way to make her laugh. Both of you can just be eating and she will get angry if you ate the fleshy part of the meat and left oily part for her (we have quarreled because of that I mean serious quarrel) . Sometimes I get tired of the whole situation. At the end even when she’s wrong I’ll let her for peace to reign. So I try to manage the anger at home so it shouldn’t go out

So we went to visit my mom in the yesterday. Because of curfew we slept over. So my mom bought us mangos this morning and told us to carry.

My girlfriend then said she doesn’t like mango that if I want to eat my mango I should carry it myself. Then my mom (she is the type that always shouts at every body. The real wahala woman) told her that if she can’t carry the mango then she should just put it on my head for me to carry na (If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na).

That was the only thing my mom said. Then she sparked. Started shouting at my mom. That she should stop talking to her like that, that she doesn’t like it. In fact she’s going home. So she carried her bag and started going home. Every one in the compound started saying it’s ok (Na dat thing why dem tell u Dey make u Dey vex so) she was still shouting. I was even try to calm her down but no way. She was still shouting. Even my sister who had never seen her angry before became angry (na so you b? She said). I was really disappointed In her

The issue is what even made me angry is how she reacted. If she didn’t like what my mom said made her angry. At least she should have waited till we got home (this was the first time we were both sleeping over) then she would tell me. Or she could have called my sister and told her what my mom said. After all the fracas, she went inside the room till we left. I just told everybody to just leave her.

So when we got home I told her what she did was wrong that she shouldn’t have reacted like that. Na there war start. She started yelling and shouting at me that if my mom talks to everyone like that she won’t take it (my plan was to tell her that she should apologize to her. Because my mom already apologized that she won’t talk to her again like that. Which I know she will o . So we can just forget about the issue. But she never accepts she’s wrong ) She said I took her to my village to intimidate her in front of my family people, I was really angry and called her uncle and told him what happened. He said there was nothing wrong with what my mom told her (If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na) and that he would talk to her .

I even scolded my mom before I left that I didn’t like what she said what she did that’s she was just causing issue. My girlfriend said when my mom said the word (If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na) that I should have immediately rebuked my mom. But me sef no see anything wrong with what my mom said( If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na)

I just Dey follow her uncle advise and leave her be until she calms down and I talk to her

So my people what’s offensive in this word? If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na)

But this her attitude don tire me. Break up is not on the card for me at least not yet. She always thinks that they are other guys out there because she has a lot of toasters but I know they can’t do quarter of what I’m doing for her. In this modern time it’s difficult to see a guy who will allow his girlfriend stay with him thereby losing his freedom to do certain things. A guy who doesn’t cheat, a guy who takes care of her does everything for her .

I just think the things she went through in her family is affecting her physiological. And sometimes when I think about leaving her I feel pity because she can’t go back to her parents house.

Reference:
Are they not tired of this bull crap they keep on saying, that the loot was an anti sanction stash away.
How can you stash money in the country trying to or is actively imposing sanctions against you. How could he stash money in the United States and call it anti sanction security. Is it in a lions den you go and stash a goat to keep it from the wolves.

If it is a sanction busting plan and the United States is leading the rap then there is no country in tje wesyern world that the funds are safe. Ask Russia, Iran or Venezuela. The money is gone, shackled and no bank will date release it to your within the sanctions.

I would have bought the juvenile tale if the banks we are retrieving these funds from are located in Iran, North Korea or the Iraq he refers to. Better still if you want to keep resources outside sanctions just buy and stock gold bullion in your central bank, period. It is anti inflationary and convertible. Charles Taylor did same with diamonds before they were tagged and rendered useless.

Mr Abacha stole these funds period. No government no matter how sick it is can claim this was some sort of official policy/strategy.

Absolutely correct.

Health / Re: Stubborn Rashes On The Head: How Can I Treat This? (Disturbing Photo) by KennyG(m): 8:45pm On Apr 05, 2020
This will work like magic:

1. Buy methylated spirits
2. Buy camphor and grind it into fine powder
3. Pour the camphor into the methylated spirit and shake well and leave for 2 -3 hours.
4. Use cotton wool to soak and apply the solution on the rashes. (Just enough to soak the small cotton wool)
5. Press the cotton wool on each rash for about 10-15 minutes at a time.
6. Do this for about a week or two, first thing in the morning and at bedtime
7. It will be a bit painful but the rashes will dry up and be gone in days.
8. Always wash your hands after each application

@FFK (CrapJones),

Masters degree is real or not , Stella is doing an excellent job in her current job.

Many people i.e FFK have all the so-called 'degree' and yet remain dysfunctional. For instance, during your term in her current capacity you left no single footprint worthy of mention in the aviation ministry.Really you should be embarrassed to even criticize her.

Please leave her alone to complete her tasks , joor o!..joor o!...joor o!

By the way I am Yoruba , from Abeokuta so don't even read some stupid 'Igbo' sentiments into my comments.

In conclusion, a Yoruba adage says:
Ti koko ba feni lefe
A kin je ori imado
Ti a ba je ori imado
awujo kondo la o gbodo lo
Ti a ba tun wa de awujo kondo
A o mo iwon ara eni ni

Go figure!

Ilekokonit: This should be a lesson to people who can not choose a life partner for themselves but depend on what their pastors tell them.

Instead of depending on their gut feeling which may be right or wrong, they rely exclusively on their pastors judgement which may also be right or wrong.

Reading the following interview granted by Rev Chris Okotie just before his wedding in 2008, I begin to wonder if these men of God still hear from God or whether they actually can't recognise the voice of God any more.

Here is Rev Chris Okotie speaking in an interview with the Sun newspaper in 2008 about his impending wedding :-

I’ve been asking her to marry me for a long time and she wouldn’t accept my proposal until not too long ago. I thank God for that.

She was not particularly certain whether it was what God wanted for her. She knew I cared a great deal about her but she didn’t want me to marry her just because I loved her. She wanted me to marry her only if the Lord accedes to it. So I had a situation where I had to get the Lord to persuade her that He is a part of this arrangement.

How did you do it? Did you bribe God? Can God be bribed?

I work for Him and as I said, my life is a catalogue of ordinations and He didn’t speak until He was ready to speak and you cannot coax God to say anything when He doesn’t want to say it or do anything when He doesn’t want to do it. I think at the right time, He made it abundantly clear to her. He had told me from the beginning but she wanted Him to speak to her directly and He did.

I can only tell you that God has been very merciful to me and has been very gracious to me. And because he had already set aside a particular woman for me, knowing my own particular reeds and my peculiar needs, she was able to get us to navigate the convulsions of the man-woman relationship, the labyrinths of his complexities to such a place where I was able to recognize the particular woman that God has put for me and come to love her dearly. So, bottomline has been the grace of God.

You know, when people talk in the world, people say they have a soulmate, trying to define a certain soulish connectivity, but Stephanie is not a soulmate to me. She is a wombmate. That is like the matrix because the word in the New Testament that is translated for brethren is a Greek word. That describes us as being born by the same womb. It is the closest affinity in the relationship that you can have in the physical between two people.

That is the way I see her. I feel that both of us were conceived in the womb of divine destiny and that it was just a matter of time before the arm of Almighty God by a coincidence of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit will bring us to a place where our parts will intersect and it did that many years ago and my life has never been the same.

Business / Non-ghanaian Retailers Close Shops As GUTA Deadline Expires by KennyG(m): 9:08pm On Jun 24, 2012
Some retail business enterprises owned by non-Ghanaians have started folding up in compliance to a directive from the Ghana Union Traders Association to foreign retailers.

GUTA is seeking to enforce Act 478 of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC)that bars foreigners from petty trading, hawking or selling from a kiosk at any place reserved as a market. The law stipulates that any foreigner who wants to engage in retailing must first invest an initial $300,000.

According to GUTA's President, George Ofori the directive is not targeted at any particular nationality but it is seeking to smoke out all non-Ghanaians who are dealing in the retail business in areas such as Makola, Okaishie, Nkrumah Circle and so on.

As a 3-month ultimatum given to the non-Ghanaians in the retail business elapses on Thursday, the Chairman of the Inter-Agency Task Force on non-Ghanaians in Retail Business, Kofi Larbie has revealed that they would start clamping down on those businesses on Monday, June 24.

The task force comprise of institutions such as Registrar General's Department, Ghana Investment Promotions Center, Ghana Revenue Authority, Immigration Service, Police Service, Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Meanwhile checks by Joy FM’s Francis Abban at the Tip Toe Lane, Nkrumah Circle, Accra revealed that some of the shops owned by non-Ghanaians have been closed.

He added that some locals have advised the non-Ghanaians to adopt a “wait and see” approach to see whether the task force would carry out its threat.

He reported that some local traders have welcomed the news urging the task force to enforce the law to the letter.

According to Francis Abban, some non-Ghanaians however called on the task force to extend the ultimatum to ensure that they get enough time to fully shut down their enterprises.

If not for  educational researches that led to Information Technology will you be using the internet right now? How did you learn to use the internet? Was your Laptop developed and made by uneducated persons with no training of any type?

I'm almost sure you have a Facebook account, Where did Facebook start from?

You see, everything has its own place and relevance, and that includes education  and basic business skills.

You love business so much, right? If you win a contract to build a major airport, will you go to Alaba market to  select the Human Resources you will need to build the airport?

Of course not, because you will require experienced Architects, Surveyors, Engineers, Business Consultants, Budgeting Specialists, Auditors, Accountants, Lawyers, Financial Analysts, Information Technology Specialists, Human Resource specialists who are up to date in employment laws, the list is endless.

So your basic entrepreneurial skills can only take you so far, but to really function in the real world you need people who are educated.

Lastly, I am an Accountant and I can't stand the sight of blood, if you require an operation or surgery will you randomly select  me to operate on you? or will you choose a reputable and well-seasoned Surgeon?

Answer the questions if you can.
