Thank you so much for your comments. I always use it in moderation. There is no intention to demarket the brand AMI, it is only out of curiousity that I repeat the post, since I have never come across any article by a medical journal or Nafdac that talks about the safety or risk of consuming such redening seasoning .

Please, how safe is the AMI Seasoning Cubes seasoning and other reddening seasonings like Jollof Rice & Stew Seasoning, Party Jollof Seasoning, etc.

Pls this is just my own opinion, I am not a psychologist, but I am presently leaving with someone who is periodically having suicidal thoughts.
I deduced from studying the person with me, that 1. They like looking for other people's pity or consolation (and this contributes to the problem). The person in question is always looking for pity, she takes to all her social media account her lamentations, statements like Why is life hard, I feel like ending it all,Nobody cares about me and so on.
The truth is, as Nigerians particularly we are all having challenges.
If someone would not listen to spouse,family members,pastors or counsellors, who would they listen to?
Now medication is good no doubt but in my own opinion I believe you alone can take yourself out of depression with positive thinking and avoiding things or people who gets you depressed.
