Siegen has gotten back to me with an admission. Took them just a month. Usually takes them just a month.

DAAD doesn't give you the exact details as to the application procedure. Scroll down, you are gonna find "course website", click on it, you're gonna find all you need to do and submit on the school's (department) official website.

I think we owe ourselves the truth on this forum.

Unless there's a very good reason, people should be discouraged from going to some universities.

With widely touted mentality that traveling abroad is success on it's own, I feel the many people apply to low ranked school because of the relative ease of gaining admission. All in an attempt to get into any school.

In as much as you right, it's still your opinion. At the end of the day, what matters is what you made out of your certificate or irrespective of the school.

My guys, go and succeed. As far as I know, Germans ain't really bothered about the school you finished, be it TUM, LUM, Frankfurt or Berlin.

My advise, remove that one school off your mind and be ready to send applications to as many schools as you can find. I just hope by the time you get admission it won't have been late to apply for visa. That's the more reason why you should apply to any school that has what you looking for. No harm in trying. Even if you don't make it, Summer is there for you OK.

Definitely. My interview is with School X though am hoping School Y comes through for me in June or August

Avoid expensive cities....get student hostel cos its cheaper.

Really. Fintiba has no age restrictions as at last year. Can't say about this year. People in their late twenties and thirties use Fintiba. Except they made that adjustment from 2018
