Back in the days when Americans built big a fuel inefficient cars to its citizen they thought they were building great cars until the Japanese came with reliable a fuel efficient cars edging them out if Thier own market. The workers in us car companies in Detroit were moving around, damaging any Japanese car in sight because they list Thier jobs due to low patronage of American cars.
But look at today... Are the Americans not making fuel efficient cars now?

Keep standing with Trump till failure is imminent. Trump knows nothing about diplomacy. The tech business is a round Bonin. Ie what goes around comes around. It will inadvertently affect the US Economy and it has already started.

Many companies in US are in business becos of competitive product prices leveraged on cheap and skilled labour in China. Once those companies are expelled they might migrate to India that has a fair population but not technically skilled. Cost of building facility and mostly training will bleed them to death.
China already has the technically skilled labour so it's hire and work worst case limited training.
I hope this hole is a hole US is ready to enter.

I also remember a time US NSA called all antivirus companies and provided them with the digital signature of several spywares to be whitelisted in thier antivirus software. It was only Kerspesky that refused. Thus you wanna stay safe, please use Kerspesky anti virus

As you said, nations make deals that'll favour them. the deals the US were making would favour them at the detriment of the Chinese and that's the reason the Chinese throw out those deals.
We allow the Chinese treat us that way. our country is so terrible that we have to survive in any way possible, even if it's by being treated like animals. Whenever I work with a Chinese, right from the start, I make them know there's a limit to the nonsense I can tolerate. I guess that's because I know I can survive without working with them. most people don't have this opportunity and they capitalize on it to treat us bad. Truly, it saddens me. I prefer working with Europeans, they're more easy-going.
our government isn't helping things too. they're selling us to the Chinese under the guise of taking loans.

They don't need to run a trade deficit, but as you said, every country tries to bargain a better deal for their people. The deals the US brings to the Chinese won't favour the Chinese people and so the Chinese dumps it.
I hate the way the Chinese people treat Nigerians. I prefer working with Europeans and Americans. We in Nigeria need to have a sense of national pride and not allow them use us like slaves. Our government isn't helping matters too, they keep borrowing and selling us to the Chinese.

Trump invited China to a trade meeting several times but changed the terms of the agreement during the meeting to favour the US. In effect, the US want it to favour them at the detriment of China. What the Chinese officials do is to tell Trump that they'll have to think about it, they go home, and they never bring it up again. Trump will then announce to the American people that he has brought a great deal that'll favour the American people and everyone will be happy. The Chinese will just keep it aside and the US will call for another talk. It's a crazy cycle
