Where did those guys get all these information from? Good thing he came out to debunk them ![]() |
Antoeni:You fail to understand why they brought the issue up and it's not because of the reason you gave. Understand that the pastor has been embroiled in several other cases of sexual misconduct as reported by other people. The reason why the move by Timi was necessary is simply to expose something sinister that has been going on unchecked in some congregations and to bring it to the public space. This I tell you will drastically reduce cases of sexual misconduct by pastors in churches if it doesn't stop them completely. As for the pastor, he may now be put under constant surveillance by his church elders. |
I think she nailed it. A lot of people are living in bondage in all these churches, they can't live their lives, they dare not question anything that bothers them and they cannot leave when they want because they fear being cursed by the pastors. It's very unfortunate that such spiritual abuse and control mechanism is employed in churches in order to keep members in line. Sometimes it's easier to think these methods of control were gotten straight out of an occult book. |
There are a lot of families who exact too much unnecessary control over their children. They suppress their growth and development. |
A sane society with a system that works... |
There are a lot of potential rapists on this thread. ![]() |
lomprico:This tells you that it's the Club's policy and not Wenger's. Any coach they employ must agree to those terms. ![]() |
henrixx:See arsenal fan... ![]() |
livebyday:I think she was being sarcastic. |
Buy a low budget player, polish him very well and sell him to your rivals for 5X the price... . |
This NFF is maaaaaaaaad. Pay the players their bonuses and stop fooling yourselves. |
Everyman refuting this story is likely to be a perpetrator of rape crimes. This is why victims are afraid of voicing out. The right thing is for Mc Galaxy to come and deny or agree to what she has accused him of. ![]() |
It's actually difficult to see people successful in politics who have not dabbled into one dodgy stuff or the other. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. |
What he did was wrong though. |
1 Peter 4:17 appears to explain that Christians may face God’s judgment, too: It says “For it is time for judgment to begin at the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?” Over the past few years we have seen the menace of BH and Fulani Herdsmen targeting Christian communities in the northern part of the country. We can also include the systematic and subtle attacks on the church by a certain governor. As Christians we have been crying to God for help and deliverance on these issues. Now according to Paul in the book of 2 Corinthians 10 Vs 6, which states 'Being ready to punish every disobedience, when your obedience is complete', to me may mean that a man can earn the moral right to demand for justice and deliverance from God when his hands are clean. Just like the adage that says, 'he that must come to equity must come with clean hands'. And once this stronghold is pulled down - or once the strong man has been bound "Mark 3:27" then God can move unrestrained by laws to act in the matters that concern the safety of his people. (This doesn't negate the fact that God is still God and and he can do what ever he wants irrespective of the spiritual laws involved, hence even the lawful captives shall be set free - Isaiah 49:24-25.) An example which can be understood by those who are actively involved in deliverance from demonic oppression, is that an individual under demonic oppression can be delivered but if it proves too difficult, then the demon may be holding to a legal right to torment the victim. Now until those legal rights are dealt with, the demon can continue to hold the person hostage. The current events being experienced by the church of Christ may be the beginning of a much needed purge, having completed this process, the church in Nigeria will be in right standing with God to demand justice and judgement on these destructive elements. Just my opinion. Cc: Lalasticlala |
Timi isn't fighting the church, this is between him and fatoyinbo. The church can continue running its business to be overseen by the elders while the pastor defends the allegations against him, simple. People need to drop this narrative of fighting the church. Nobody can fight the body of Christ. Pursuing an Islamic agenda is fighting the church, passing laws against preaching in public is fighting the church, attacking and killing Christians in their communities is fighting the church not calling someone out to be accountable or to defend themselves for an allegation. What about the unpopular pastors that have been arrested for defiling underage boys and girls based on allegations made by people? Why hasn't anyone tagged it 'fighting against the church'. Even when alfas are arrested for defiling underage children, why are people not tagging it a 'fight against Islam.' He should simply defend himself if the allegations are false. ![]() |
The loss was intentional, a silent protest by the players over their unpaid bonuses. Believe it or not, that's your problem. ![]() |
Haaaaaaa... This is getting too much. ![]() |
Nigerian Police ![]() Involve them at your own peril. |
StrikeBack:Local man cannot can this CAN...
|
Is this a joke or something? ![]() |
Booooooom... ![]() |
This is getting really heated up. This pastor's demons of the past are starting to come back to haunt him because he didn't deal with them back then. This will not go down easy; it's not an unknown and unpopular Ese Walters, it's a celebrity's wife. More people will come out and then booooom. Always think of the future before you do anything. |
What is this Amaju guy doing in that NFF? The man is a big flop. First it was with the junior team, then the female team, now the senior team. What sort of administration is this? If there are bonuses to paid, pay them. It's not like the money is not available. . He should be held responsible if the game today goes south. Nonsense ![]() |
But this guy is lying through his teeth oh... ![]() |
