Congratulations

It has Ended in praise…

capsule:
My Short story.

I am very happy to be a part of this great e-family, with the level of selflessness exhibited here in one way or the other, I am amazed.
I am more of a promoted silent reader grin grin

My Timeline.

IETLS: This guy showed me pepper, I lost weight, I just knew I had to pass this exams even if it means passing for the sake of passing, sometimes its psychological for me.
12th, May 2018 (1st attempt) : BC LRWS 7.5,7.5,6.5,7.5 ( I tried my luck on a remark, my 15k flew away).
8th, Sept 2018 (2nd attempt): BC LRWS 7,7,7,7.5
1st Dec 2018 (3rd attempt) : MOD LRWS 8.5,7,7.5,6.5 (speaking got upgraded to 7 after a remark)

I got my upgraded TRF on the 28th Jan 2019, I still don't know what pushed me to set up my profile immediately, we had a surprise draw on the 30th of Jan with a cut off draw of 438. My score was 450, so I got ITA.

ECA: 13th June 2018 ( evaluated only my Master's degree)
NOC: 4031 (NYSC)
AOR: 2nd March 2019
MEP: 15th April 2019
BIL: 17th April 2019
No ghost update, in fact, my eligibility isn't passed yet according to my CIC account.
PPR mail: 23rd July 2019
VO: I don't know who these guys are cuz I have never made any attempt to find out, it was just a personal decision not to call nor order notes.

Well, I did nursed the plan to leave the country immediately after my M.Sc, in fact I came across Express Entry after my NYSC in 2014, plan was to apply immediately after my M.Sc in 2017. Till this very moment, I still don't why and how I allowed 2017 slid by without even thinking of EE.

After my first ielts attempt, I just knew that I had to secure POF first.
POF is 100% gift from my Bro, I invested same in NTB, used the upfront interest and be dashing BC cheesy

Medicals/PCC:
I did medicals with IOM (Lagos) and PCC with Inspector Moshoud.

Congratulations to all the ielts smashers and ITA grabbers, please whatever situation you may face in this journey, just know its temporarily, don't give up, we will all get our heart desires in due course.

1)select 2 or more certificates...
2)select your PgD as one year, since ur wes Evaluation says one year...
3)wes would hv sent you a soft copy of your evaluated results...that will suffice...

Keluma:
Hello house pls I need your assistance on this, I have OND,HND,PGD. WES evaluated my HND exactly like this: diploma(three years) and postgraduate certificate (one year). I'm confused on what option to choose for this on my EE form, is it 2or more cert for the HND only? For OND WES evaluated it as 2yrs diploma .
My PGD programme was suppose to be for a year but we had 3semeatera which made it almost 2yrs should I choose 2yrs as course duration? Although WES evaluated it as one year post graduate.
Also, I saw on my Wes profile that my original evaluation report was sent since January but I didn't get anything up till now, I tried chatting up their agents online but I didn't get any response, pls what can I do?
Tnx for your response , I appreciate

Clear cache or use a different browser
It happens...

Nkydechik:
Hello everyone, pls im in need of HELP. I am unable to successfully sign into my EE profile and i dont know why. After i enter my username and password, it dosent bring up those security questions rather ill see a continue button. Once i click on the continue button, it takes me back to the home page or something like that. Sort of asking me to re sign in. I have tried severally and even changed my security questions all to no avail. My profile was created in October last year so it shouldn't expire now.

Pls does anyone know what could be the problem?

You need to digest page 1 very well, spend weeks there if possible. Make use of google as well as the official website.
You can use your Bsc and your college certificate to claim “two or more certificates” your cgpa does not matter.

Horlamidei:
Please guys, save or help a soul to achieve this Canada dream.

I have a Canadian citizen uncle with my mum who stays in Canada temporary. They both have little knowledge on entering Canada through student visa and have little or no knowledge of express entry.

As of last year, i finished my Nysc and was told by them to apply to MUN for master in which i did as they are ready to sponsor everything. Below os my academic result

B.Eng Civil Engineering with 2.70cgpa.

After my application to MUN, i go rejected for admissions.

Late last year December, i started participating and following nairaland travel forum especially the student travel forum as people who are ready to sponsor me no nothing or little about it but dey want me to come join them by all means.
I followed the students travel forum from December to February and am still following it but on February i understood every aspect, steps and y MUN rejected me because of my low cgpa that i should go for pgdc in colleges. I understood everything in the forum without or asking no or little questions

But since the time have been following this forum, it will seem as if understand the express entry stuff but i still end up getting confuse and mix things up.

Please guys just help me on the steps or first step to take, where and how can i reg for IELTS, what is Job Bank and how do i go about WES because for the PGC am processing in one of the colleges, i sent my transcripts to the College direct.

Please help me as my Canadian sponsors are on standby and are like do you actually know the express entry you want to put yourself in and dont allow us waste money

Please

After everyday following and reading and reading of the Canada Express Entry navigation guide, I still get it mix up or do not understand it well as few are my screen shot and request below.

Please

That supervisor will be in soup if he/she dares write any letter on behalf of the bank, at least i know with with a certain bank. Reference letters must come HR only, Unless VO’s don’t confirm.

Scandinavian02:

His Supervisor can write it on a plain paper and sign. Then include his business card.
That's all.
CIC actually mentions reference letter from your IMMEDIATE supervisor. You can confirm this from their website.

Hi missmoroti how is canada?
If the person is a contract staff I don’t think they would issue a reference letter but if he or she is a professional staff they should be a way with HR...However the person can write his/her JD attach his Id, payslip, and a copy of the email sent from HR stating clearly that reference letters are not issued to staff.

MissMoroti:

Pls can someone help with this? Its for a friend abeg...pls pls pls

Y’all need to stop ✋ with this negative energy about the CRS score it will definitely come down, while we patiently wait, get busy (450-460’s)...find ways to increase your scores(430-440’s) It will definitely drop.
For those who are struggling with IELTS Be strong, You will surely cross this hurdle. Eyes on the Price and it will definitely end in praise..#selah

Please o, I just realized I have to submit all the documents for my ADR(I found out my file is in Accra) in one file through the link in the ADR message. How do I compress all my documents to one file with a maximum size of 3.5MB? My bank statements covering my 4 years of experience run into about 35 pages; my different pay slips, for the 4 years of experience, can be up to 48 slips or pages; and the schedule A form and Additional family information should take up to 8 pages. Altogether all these can get up to 80 pages. There is no way I can compress all this a 3.5MB file. Those that submitted Accra ADRs, how una take do am?Or you guys just submitted only few pages of banks statements and slips?

Please help!

It’s a 9months course embarassed cry
CanadaPR:
Hello, those seeking 2 or more certificates may want to register for HRDC Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.

Classes have resumed and supplementary registration closes on Friday. The Form is just #7500.

We just rounded off and we are currently expecting our ECA report.

You may want to register and join classes while you wait for an update on our evaluation outcome.

It could also be a great backup for those enrolled in other programs as classes are for Saturdays only and tuition is not required immediately.

Good morning everyone, i just got my ielts result (first attempt) may 23
LRWS 87.577.5

This feels like getting ready for PPR. ......I am a silent reader here.....the journey wassnt smooth but God came through. .....I had had stories of people not passing in thier first attempt and knowing how I had phobia for falling exams, I became very scared ......I booked my exams April thanks to my brother because I didn't even have 1 naira. ....he gave me the condition that if I pass he wouldn't collect his money back (jokinly).......imagine being a lecturer where you set very hard questions for students and here I am in the position of my students....

I pray for breakthrough for everyone at one stage or the other on thier journey.......

Please I need your help....my NOC IS 4011 because I am a university lecturer but my husnand js a polythecnic lecturer, Can he also claim the same NOC. .....wes hasn't sent our evaluation yet, so I would wait because scores with siblings point and without hubby's ielts is 470.....

I could not agree more....

spinner500:
This thread is fast degenerating. Let me reiterate that if we continue to tolerate all these simple questions whose answers are already embedded in page one here, we might not get anything meaningful from this thread again. It was @Ralphrulz who first made this observation here and it seems we are not taking steps to address this reality.

There is no how anybody would jump into this thread and understand its content without having a measurable grasp of the famous and loaded page one. How do we explain that people are asking if MOD IDP is a fraud? Meaning of WES? What is ITA? Haba!

While I appreciate the fact that we are all ready to help but let us make our job here simple.

This is just an advice.

Funny enough i have all 3 phobias embarassed cry
Stencil:
grin grin
Anuptaphobia is the fear of being/staying single. I've met many people who have this and also those who have tokophobia (fear of giving birth)
And then there are people who have Gamophobia (Fear of marriage)
LOL we all have some sort of phobia.

I used to have IRCC-phobia (The fear of waiting too long for application approval). I've now been delivered from it. grin
