Apart from more media coverage due to English press, there's absolutely no reason for any player of Nigerian origin to prefer England over Nigeria except you are a world class talent already guaranteed a starting spot.

pace, and he dominated Europe for a good few years doing that. Talking strictly about long

His highest output ever was in the 2003/2004 season with 14 goals+ 4 assists. He was only able to rack up such numbers only once in his playing career which proves that season was a fluke.

He obviously is over hyped. Only Manure fans will mention Paul Scholes in a discussion of Premier league midfield greats..

The way I am reading it, Kimbeast is not necessarily comparing both players if anything he has subtly admitted that Hazard has flopped thus far and he is only making a case for a possible turn around for Hazard. In the instance Hazard posts those numbers at the end of the season after having a horrible start to the season, it would be fair to say he had an exceptional season, again, not in comparison to Neymar.

Why are you the only one getting the point I am driving at? I am talking about hazard personal season devoid of comparisism with any one. Thank God you get my point. Hazard has started this season badly by his standard. So I am saying if he ends the season with 30+ goals and assist that will be an exceptional Season for him Individual.

Neymar by the way didn't reach that tally in his first season at the club. You are talking in hindsight because neymar has already played 4+ seasons at Barca so you can decide to pick his best season to use as a benchmark for hazard. Does that sound reasonable?

I am not debating Hazard and Neymar with you. I have said my preference on both players some while back. If hazards ends this season with Madrid on 30+ goals and assist he has done exceptional considering it's his first season at the club. I doubt even Ronaldo scored 40goals in his first season at Madrid.
