Olumaeme: I think women have to understand that have more at stake when having a child than a man, by nature and must do all what they can to screen the kind of people they allow come into their cookie and things will be better.
Women are easily decieved and tricked and in such situations, the men could run away to other women and she bears the burden alone.
Keeping money is the least of the issues, emotional and emotional and moral support is needed to nuture a child.
Men should also so better, you have to understand that, the child did not ask to be born and hence, no matter what happens, their welfare must be properly taken care of. Men should put themselves in the child's shoe, and imagine if their parents treated them that way of they would be happy. A sane society starts from a sane upbringing of children. You get brain, but still you must know that some men can go any length to get what ever they want from a woman, most of the time the woman is not to be blamed. The law must protect women from these kind of men. Baby mama is the new escape for lazy, irresponsible and reckless men. The law must protect women and their children. |

Angelfrost: ...And by extension, take care of her own needs too.
A lot of ladies deliberately conceive and birth kids for the sole purpose of setting themselves up for easy lives.
Some actually spend or lavish the funds meant for the kids on their personal frivolities. My point is men should be responsible for their action, their is no evidence in the video that the woman lavish the money meant for the child, or that the lady set him up. As a man as far as you intentionally sleep with a woman without protection to the extent that she conceive for you, you no longer have any excuse. You must take care of your child, you know the risk and you go for it. If you know she is not going to be a good mother, DON'T PUT YOUR SEMEN IN HER. And if you do, you must be ready to be responsible for the consequences. If this doesn't change and we keep having kids with reckless parents how will our society become better. |

Nonexisting1: Is this not what I've been saying. With this attitude, why will the gentleman not find another vaginarian as girlfriend? Marry single mothers at your own risk. Do you see how the woman is approaching the new girlfriend? The girl is not concerned that he is going out with someone else, he should just take care of his seeds, simple. |

If only the man know the woman is even protesting for his own good. The lady is still looking very beautiful, she can do what others are doing to take care of the child herself.
African men need to start taking responsibility seriously, father absenteeism is becoming a norm mostly in cities in Africa.
Government should enact the kind of law available in western world to protect women and vulnerable children from reckless men. |

Ayanwukoma: I just packed into this man house recently and he seem like a well to do man, always saying money is not his problem.
He takes his tennant as his family and wants us to live as one.
To be honest, the house was expensive but since I am someone with high taste and nice Serene environment I had to risk it all.
This drained my finances for months now and I am thinking about summoning the courage and approaching him tomorrow for a loan but this is my first time.
Has anyone here ever borrowed money from his landlord before and the experience? Never try such. Feel at home has limit oo. Don't send the wrong signal |

frankson1: Most times, when you tell people that you're stressed they'd advise you to go meet a girl and for a lady, a man, hang out or drink beer at the bar.
People have different ways of dealing with stress and the Op might be amongst those who haven't found theirs yet. Yeah actually hanging out with the opposite gender can help to relieve stress, but once it's becoming a relationship with EXPECTATIONS AND COMMITMENT, things start to become different. Also op mentioned he has people visiting and cooking for him. He is not totally lonely after all, perhaps he is not having satisfaction at work. |

Depriest2020: Why is it that so many towns in south west Nigeria is named after Igbo. In the olden days yoruba don't farm in the main town, they farm somewhere close outside the main city. These farms are called igbo and the name of the people that farm there is added. Like Igbo Ora, it means farm of the Ora people. Ijebu Igbo, farm of the ijebu people, ijebu ode means the city of the ijebu people |
