This is the moment furious Muslim worshippers confronted police after a tense argument erupted when officers entered their mosque wearing shoes.

Police arrived at the Townfield Mosque in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, to deal with a disagreement outside the building.

But they walked in without removing their shoes which goes against Islamic practice in a holy building and people inside shouted 'get them out'.

Footage shows the officers being confronted by worshippers who were heard screaming at them.

People could be heard asking the officers 'what they are going to be arrested for' as a man was speaking over the tannoy asking them to leave the building.

One of the uniform officers was heard asking one of the men to 'chill' when the conservation became heated.
Another male officer was speaking on his police radio and informed a colleague that people inside the building were being 'aggressive'.

The video was posted online and it has since been viewed more than 134,000 times.

Zafar Iqbal, former chairman of the Wycombe Islamic Mission, told the Bucks Free Press: 'There was a lot of shouting but there was no need to call the police.

'When they arrived there were around 400 to 500 people here for prayers so the whole road had to be closed.'
A Thames Valley spokesman said:
'Officers were called on Friday at about 1.40pm following reports of an altercation at a mosque in Totteridge Road, High Wycombe.

'Officers were responding to an immediate call for assistance and as a result, and to prevent any serious harm to individuals or any further outbreak of violence, officers entered the Mosque, and spoke to people who were present.

'An allegation of assault was recorded and officers are carrying out an investigation into the incident. No arrests have been made at this time.'

Stargazer Matt Rogers – a conspiracy theorist who scours the sky for evidence of Nibiru – also claims to have video of the fabled planet.
He says the video – from a telescope in the southern hemisphere – was leaked to him.

The footage shows a red haze with a round black object in front of it.
He seems to suggest the black object is Nibiru and it's emitting the red hue.
Mr Rogers claims NASA and world leaders know Planet X is out there – but they are covering it up.

The powers-that-be want to keep all the nuclear bunkers for themselves.

Agric Value - chain: Niger Govt Signs N 18 billion Mou With Hungarian Investors On Integrated Farming Project

Niger State Government on Wednesday signed a €49 million (N18 billion) Memorandum of Understanding with an Hungarian investor forz the setting up of an Integrated farming project and a Tomatoe Paste processing factory in the state.

The state governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello signed for the state government while the country representative of the Hungarian investor, Mr. Yua Terva, endorsed the agreement for Osetertrade Engineering
& Manufacturing Kft of Hungary.

The multi billion Naira project to be sited at Kuta, Shiroro Local Govetnment area of the state will cover over 4,000 hectares of land for the cultivation of Alfalfa, Mazie and Tomatoes and a Tomato Paste processing factory.

Governor Sani Bello said the signing of the MoU with the foreign investor was part of his administration’s agenda to open up the state, make it economically viable and drastically reduce her dependence on monthly allocation from Abuja.

He further said that aside the job opportunities to the generated by the project, government entered into the MoU in pursuant of the administration’s commitment to leverage on the vast land resources of the state and to promote agriculture as an alternative to the country’s mono-economy.

Addressing newsmen after signing the agreement, the country representative of the Hungarian investor, Mr. Terva, said that the ground breaking of the integrated farm and the Tomato Paste processing plant will be in December this year.

He said a minimum of two thousand direct labour will be created by the farm and the factory when it is fully operational.

Niger state Commissioner for Youths Empowerment and Sports Development, Hon. Mamman Musa has said that the state was set to host the week 38 match of the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL between the state darling team, Niger Tornadoes and Shooting Stars of Ibadan.

The Commissioner made this disclosure, Monday, during a Sallah novelty football match between Bida Lions and Minna selected team, to test-run the upgraded facilities at the Bako Kontagora Stadium, Minna.

He said the novelty match was organized by the ministry to make observations and necessary corrections before the last match, saying the field is ready for premier league purpose.

The Commissioner also said that he feels bad because he hoped that several matches were played in the facility, but that he was happy that the Bako Kontagora Stadium had been reopened after several years of closure.

He also expressed optimism that the stadium will be approved by the League Management Company (LMC).

“There are serious indications that they are satisfied with the pitch, we are only waiting for documented guarantee for us to play the match. I want to say that all is set for that match.

“In fact, as we are talking to you right now we have some members of LMC in our midst unofficially, we invited them and we are hearing comments from them which is good signal that the field is okay,” said the Commissioner.

Also speaking during the reopening of the Bako Kontagora Stadium, the Chairman of Tornadoes Management Committee (TMC), Hon. Adamu Aliyu expressed delight that football was back in Bako Kontagora Stadium.

He observed that in the past there used to be a Sallah football novelty matches in the stadium, but that the tradition had long died, and appreciated the state Ministry of Youths and Sports Development for reviving it.

Speaking on his team playing their league matches outside the state for the past two seasons, Hon. Adamu Aliyu said they have taken it as one of their challenges as there are always ups and downs in whatever one does in life, adding that now that the pitch was
ready for use it will be a success story to tell.

He said in football one needs to take every ground as a home and that it was the secret behind the state darling team not losing a single match at their adopted ground in Lokoja, Kogi State, adding that the situation was not only peculiar to Niger Tornadoes as Eyimba Fc also played two seasons away from home and did very well.

Hon. Adamu Aliyu also appealed to Niger Tornadoes fans to be patient, and that they must understand that the league has grown and the spirit of sportsmanship was expected all the time because you have to win some matches and lose some.

He also assured that Niger Tornadoes fans and supporters were the best in the country because despite playing home away from home there was no single match the fans and supporters were missed at Lokoja.

The TMC Chairman also urged the fans and supporters to continue to support the team and put up a positive attitude, assuring them that the state darling team management will continue to assemble the best legs in the NPFL and also work to attract partnership to the club.

The novelty football match between Bida Lions and Minna selected team ended in a goalless draw as both teams missed a lot of scoring chances; especially the Minna team which could not convert the two penalties awarded her team in each of the half.

Other dignitaries present during the occasion include the State Director of Sports, Alh. Baba Sheshi, the Director of Facilities, Mr. Fred Isaiah, the Project Manager on Sports to Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, Hon. Baba Orlando and members of the Niger State Football Association (NSFA) led by the second Vice Chairman of the association, Alh Kabiru Baba Master, as well as other members of the state football family.

Niger Government Partners University Hospitals Birmingham To Strengthen State’s Blindness Control Programme

The Niger State Government through the State Ministry of Health has commenced negotiations towards a partnership agreement with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham in the United Kingdom and Mainstream Energy Solutions to improve the rate of detection and treatment of blinding eye diseases in the state. The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health, Dr. Mohammed Makusidi made this disclosure last week at a meeting in Birmingham with a team of world class eye specialists led by Professor Peter Shah of the University of Birmingham and representatives of Mainstream Energy Solutions led by Alhaji Babangida Inuwa.

The meeting was initiated by the Commissioner for Health, Dr. Mustapha Jibril as part of ongoing negotiations between the Niger State Ministry of Health, Queen Elizabeth Hospital United Kingdom and Mainstream Energy Solutions Nigeria Limited towards finding a sustainable solution to the unbearable burden of undetected blindness from glaucoma in Niger State. Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness in the world and it is nicknamed the silent thief of sight because most often the disease is detected too late in affected individuals making it difficult to prevent the inevitable blindness that it causes.
According to the Permanent Secretary the partnership is aimed at creating a cost effective and sustainable programme for general glaucoma awareness, detection and treatment amongst the populace while strengthening local capacity for eye care through virtual education and telemedicine. He stated that through the arrangement, Professor Shah and his team of experts will be involved in a technical cooperation arrangement with home based eye care professionals whereby the former will provide technology transfer as well as consultancy and advisory services aimed at increasing community based detection and treatment of glaucoma and other blinding diseases in Niger State.

Dr. Makusidi further disclosed that funding for the novel initiative will be secured through a cost-sharing arrangement between the State Government and Mainstream Energy Solutions, the operators of both Kainji and Jebba hydro power plants as part of the latter’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) to the people of Niger State. The Permanent Secretary explained that the initiative is part of Governor Abubakar Sani Bello’s health restoration agenda which seeks to enhance access and quality of health care services for all Nigerlites through strategic partnership and cooperation.
In his remarks, Professor Shah averred that closing the gap between the huge burden of blindness and treatment needs in low and middle income countries requires “comprehensive education that targets practitioners, patients and populations with tailormade information that is appropriate and specific to their needs and this is what this partnership is all about”. He expressed his satisfaction with the level of commitment so far shown by the leadership of the Niger State Ministry of Health and promised to work with the Commissioner and his team to ensure the success of the initiative. He noted that given the long standing professional relationship between his team and key personnel of Mainstream Solutions he envisaged a cordial and productive working relationship in the months and years ahead.

Earlier in his presentation, Prof Shah had informed the Permanent Secretary’s entourage that his team has successfully implemented an ambitious sandwich program for the training of eye care professionals in East Africa. He further stated that the successful implementation of the East Africa program has inspired him and his team to explore other frontiers for replication, noting that the leadership demonstrated by the Niger State Government he is optimistic that Nigeria would be the next destination in their global search for solutions to preventable blindness in developing countries.

Explaining the involvement of Mainstream Energy Solutions in the evolving partnership, Alhaji Babangida Inuwa stated that Mainstream Foundation which is the company’s CSR arm views the initiative as an opportunity to participate in advancing the wellbeing of her host state as a way of further strengthening the cordial relationship between the company and her host communities. He expressed delight at the outcome of the initial discussions and hoped that the Ministry of Health will continue to provide the needed leadership towards ensuring that the initiative is fully actualized within the shortest possible time for the benefit of the people of Niger State.

GOVERNOR AYODELE Fayose was very confident, in fact, his confidence was contagious, that he was in possession of ‘exclusive’ photographs to drive home his point to Nigerians that ailing president Muhammadu Buhari who is presently in London on medical leave, was incapacitated and no longer fit to function as president of Nigeria.

He threw caution to the wind and went public with his claim. Little did he know that he was a victim of a carefully coordinated scam. A source close to Abuja revealed that the South West Governor was approached in the Federal capital territory by someone close to the seat of power who claimed some people ‘very close’ to the president were in possession of the said ’11 Pictures’ showing President Buhari in ‘life support machine’, but they would only trade it for money.

The source would not disclose how much the Governor allegedly paid for the 11 photographs, but it ran into “millions of naira”, according to the source.

What Fayose failed to realize was that he was being set up by people close to Abuja to “embarrass him” before the public. “He got the pictures, paid and raced to Ekiti State to organize that press conference on June 6 where he boldly declared Buhari was on Life Support and he had ‘pictures’ to prove his claim.

“They predicted him correctly,” the source said, adding, “someone wanted to shut him up and it was successful to some extent. Not that he was ever taken seriously by many save for his die-hard fans, but now, even his die-hard fans have seen the kind of person he is.”

On why a state governor would not know a photoshoped pictures, the source said: “I told you that the job was ordered by people very close to the seat of power. It was carefully staged, I am sure the photographs were not done in Nigeria, they are so real, it would even fool President Buhari himself. It was just a plot to discredit Fayose further without the presidency responding to him. You know Buhari’s stand on Fayose-SILENCE. This is a man who dared the wife of the president to enter into the US and risk arrest for a crime someone else committed. The whole world save for Fayose was sure it was not Mrs. Aisha Buhari, wife of Nigerian president that was implicated in that Haliburton scandal, but he kept going on it to the extent he became a nuisance not only to himself but his family and state. And what did the presidency do? Aisha Buhari travelled to the US and met with former First Lady, Michelle Obama among others. This time, they played on his irrational behavior and made him look like a fool. It was a well coordinated conspiracy.”

After Fayose realized he had been conned, he never said another word about the 11 ‘Exclusive’ pictures till the visit of the All Progressives Congress, APC Governors to Abuja House, London where Buhari is recovering from an undisclosed ailment. When Fayose attacked the photograph taken with the APC governors as ‘fake’, the presidency as usual did not respond, rather, it organized six Governors from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and since the photographs of the PDP governors were released late Tuesday, Fayose again has crawled back into his woodworks. Before the end of the week, he will definitely find something else to say after he whined about his exclusion from the PDP Governors’ visit to Buhari.
