Coldplay007: It's just making sense. I drive a 2005 camry 4 cylinders engine. 2 years ago, a 2005 corolla sports beat me hands down on ore road.. it's been causing me serious headache, it just makes sense now if they come as V6 too.

dude a corolla doesn't have a V6 engine, elbedso is just playing u, ur camry is faster, maybe the reason why the corolla beat u is that its in a better shape than ur camry, even a simple wheel alignment and balancing can cause u that race. Even a 2.2liter camry 2002 can't be beaten by a corolla which only 1.8liters but there's a corolla xrs model which has a 2.4liter DOHC engine that produces 158bhp

no the corolla has a V12 BiTurbo AMG while the prius has a 5.2liter V10

no I'm talking about luxury toyota cars here, and those cars u listed here are not common in nigeria excluding the yaris, I guess the ones u listed above are small cars that's why they don't have a v6 options, but all the big toyota's have a v6 option, venza, rav4, camry, avalon, highlander, sienna, fortuner nd 4runner, while landcruiser, prado, sequoia, tundra, fj cruiser have v8 engines. Don't know if avensis have a v6 engine

A V6 Rav4 whoa! Who knows, there might be a Rav4 V8 SuperCharged in your backyard.
Finally, you may have to settle for a 2006/07 Lexus Rx330 not Rx350, following your budget of 3M locomike et al might clarify you on the rest.

oga u mean u don't know that there's a v6 rav4?? The 2008 model comes with two engines, I4 and aa v6, toyota always give two different engines, and I'm talking about 2012 highlander limited. I can get that venza for 3m in cotonou and adding a little 200k won't hurt

yeah man I love the car and its very fast that V6 under the hood was one of the ten best engines in 2003 by wards auto magazine, though many Nigerians don't know the car and they judge it by its exterior. Most Nigerians underestimate the car on the highway and that's when I unleash that DOHC 3.5 V6 I love the sound of the engine at high RPM's.. The only thing I don't like about the car is the four speed auto gearbox

CityNG: 1) You can't tell the engine that is inside a car based on the badge. I had a 505 STi that had a turbo engine in it. I had a Mazda pickup truck that came with a 2.2 liter 4 cylinder and I replaced the engine with a 5.0 liter V8 engine, I left the badge alone to further confuse Corvettes on why a lowly pick up truck is continuously in front of them despite their best intention.

2) A personal recommendation, stop asking questions on NL until you have single handedly figured out if your car has a turbo engine in it or not. I know NL is to educate but what you have here is that you lack the most basic understanding of your car. How can you buy a car without knowing what engine it has in it?

I have my own reasons for buying the car, I mean u don't even know how I got the car whether I was desperate to buy a car or I got it at a low price, or if someone gave it to me for free. Anyway are u in Nigeria? Coz there are no corvettes in nigeria, maybe a few in abuja and lagos but its not a car that can be easily seen

Ikenna351: I am not doubting whether its V6 or not. I only wanted you to know that "prestige" you called it is wrong. V6 is V6. Prestige is Inline-4. So if it has a prestige badge on it, then it was stamped in Nigeria.

Like i said earlier, PAN didnt produce V6 406. Prestige is PAN 406. Maybe other countries other than Nigeria had prestige 406 as well, but not Europe, i think.y

Ikenna351: Peugoet 406 Prestige V6 3.0 does not exist. Prestige is just a badge for mostly 406 PAN production with EW10 engine. PAN stopped at EW10. They didnt produce EW12 406, not to think of the V6.

What dealers do, out of ignorance, is as soon as foreign produced 406 comes into the country, they will buy the "Prestige" badge and stamp on them. Most prospective buyers ignorantly buy them, thinking prestige means D9 or facelifted 406. Its just a badge like SR, ST, GLX, LX, etc. It simply specifies the specifications of the Lion.

V6 406 usually comes with 3 badges: V6, V6 SV and V6 Executive. The executive have more gadgets. Send me the VIN of the V6 you drove with Prestige badge and i will confirm the true badge from Peugeot database and post it here.

please if u can help me find the right specifications of my 207 I would really appreciate, I bought it from a friend and I donno what engine is in the car, its a 2007 model, I4 (don't knw the displacement), 5speed manual, this is not a common car so its very hard to know the engine, but from the sound of the engine I think its a turbo engine, there is nothing written on the engine or any badge on the body of the car, it has a large single exhaust pipe, I can post pictures of it if u need it, and u know how peugeot sell their hatchbacks, there is trendi, sport, GTi, SW, I've searched google so many times but fail to find the right car and engine spec, thanks @ikenna351
