1) *inbox, spam, and promotion checker* which is FREE ON GMASS. CO.. all you have to do is copy Ajay's emails at the top of the tool and send your mails to his email address, trust me each of those mail address are fully structured to weed out Spam using some of the best tools in the world.

After sending your emails to Ajay's mail box just type in your email address in the search bar viola you will see where your email lands..either in primary, promotion or spam.

Note: all emails in ajay's mailbx would be deleted after 5mins.

2) another superb free tool like hunter and snov is faveet. com email finder, just type In the domain name and related emails will pop up .. you don't need to register.

Using this your method some of my test mails landed in spam and some landed in primary inbox, please how can i achieve a high delivery rate to the primary inbox.
Also using gmass extension on gmail, can i send bulk mails up to 500mails at once

Instead of letting it get inside your head, work a bit harder.

If you've sent 50 emails on a name, see if you can find 15 more?

If you've sent all users you could find, followup?

Well... some say "yes", some "no" but I have outbounded and sold names on Friday and Saturday before. The only day I don't outbound is Sunday.

With all excitement I announce to y'all my first sale.
I got to know about this Domain flipping mid last year but had little to no interest then. late December/Early January I officially joined the train. A good Samaritan offered to teach me at almost no cost. I bought a couple of Domain and outbounded but no response. Did some follow-ups no response (local man was tired ).
I got used to the system over time.
Fast forward to ytd, I decided to send a fresh/edited/new mails for some of my Domain.
Later that evening got an email from Dan that my domain have been bought( guyman was filled with laughter ).
I logged in and did the needful.

Work on your sales letter... Scrutinize it.
And make sure your mails aren't landing in spam. The more mails you send for a domain, the more your chances of getting a response. The more response you get, the more your chances of getting an interested prospect. The more interested prospects you get, the more you're likely to sell the domain.

Sometime In 2018 I bought a name, which belong to a small business . And they are still using the name as their website address in their active Facebook account.

I have sent them different fb messages and mails, but they never replied any.

The domain get views which I believe happen because of their customers visit.

I just renewed the domain name again and will continue to renew, to see what they will do.



2nd one.

I got a two word domain name, geo to be precise.
I did a little outbound and an enduser told me why did I do this to her, that she was sick, and that the domain name is hers. That she forgot to renew it. That she can send me her doctor's report and medical expenses to show she was sick.

I asked her to pay 3oo for it, she said it can't happen that I should have mercy, I asked her to pay 99 for it, she said that the renewal of the domain is just 25, and she didn't reply me again.
I am still holding on to the name....

Third one....

I got a name and did an outbound, a guy started insulting me that it's his name and he did drop it on purpose. That I should stop disturbing him to buy....

Am still holding up to the name.



Truly don't envy the sales alone, because outbounding isn't easy....

Yesterday I got a name and did a quick outbound for it, immediately I got two replies.

One is not interested why the second person what's just laughing at me.....

Lol... I'm not sure I'm qualified to be giving tips yet. Still a newbie o.


But here's what I have learned.
If you are a creative like me, you would do well to go through SH recent sales and categories and see the pattern of names listed or sold.

Also try to read their name suggestions tips(You can find this under contest from your dashboard I think) here you get an idea of the structure of names they would likely approve.

You can also try their premium contest where you would be able profile names too.


N:B keep trying names by your initiative, and always have it at the back of your mind when you figure names out, to consider the prospect of a brand using your name.
If you believe it's brandable, then it should be.

I usually go through recent sales and even look at currently listed names to get an idea of what they might approve guess i have to keep trying...thanks for the tips

Never use Godaddy to search for a domain name, or even related domains to what you want to reg, they will reg it under 5 mins if its good

I didnt want to say this not to sound paranoid but i think this is true especialy for good brandable domains.....
Has happened to me more than twice...i get a name in my head..i write it on my note pad.
Check it again the next day, its taken....
I have stopped using it for names i wouldnt register instantly..
We could be wrong too

IMO, GillPay is brandable but not a strong one, Gill sort of devalues it. Just 2 Gill domains on BB. Thats a red flag.

Hi, i registered on BB and it says i need to update the account details by adding payoneer or paypal to proceed, we know paypal does not support naija anymore....how did you get past this

I registered a name on dynadot, had dan nameservers on it but due to their recent issues i changed nameservers to epik.
Right now only one of my domains opens, the other one gives an error message whenever its typed into my browser.
What could be the issue??
