Forget what BMW and Mercedes AMG division says, the Porsche is the pinnacle of German driving pleasure and technology. Please I need help, I have a 2000 toyota 4runner with the 5vz-fe engine, been having engine surges (like it wants to turn off and immediately I will pick up to 1000-1500 rpms) for a while now and a lack of acceleration power especially when climbing rpms tend to drop, also when I press the accelerator at highway-speeds the car can vibrate some times.

Abeg help me. I have been battling with engine misfire and random misfire since the beginning of the year and no solution still.

It is a Camry 2007 3.5L 2GR-FE engine.

I have changed all the spark plugs. The car was fine for few months. After some time the car was vibrating and hesitating during acceleration. I got P0301 after scanning it. I changed Ignition Coil on cylinder 1 about 3weeks ago.

As I was driving home today, the car started hesitating whenever I try to accelerate and the check engine light came up and started blinking.

I got P0305 after scanning it when I got home. Below are the data readings I also got from the VIEW FREEZE FRAME.

Your car can do just fine with 50ah battery, if your battery is weak, boost charge it, if it has failed, get another battery.

Good evening gurus in the house. I had an incident yesterday while driving yesterday from a friend's house to my place in the night, during the rain.

After driving for about 2 hours we got to a bad road and while trying to negotiate a slippery slope, the car skidded off the road and the engine went off. All attempts to restart it was abortive until someone used his own car battery to start the car and I managed to drive it home that way.

This morning I started with my own battery and it started no issues but I was still worried so i got an electrician to check the car. After scanning everything checked out fine. So he told me that the alternator that came with the car was weak. And that it was not able to handle all the functions we were using at that time of the night ( A/C, full lights, wippers, radio and charging points) were all in use at the time.

He advised that I should change the alternator to a more powerful type, not the type that shipped with the car. I gave this a thought and I didn't quite agree with his suggestion.

Please has anyone experienced this before? And how was it resolved. The car in question is a Honda civic 2004, like I wrote earlier, everything is intact with the car and it hasn't exhibited that kind of fault before.

Get a digital multimeter and test your alternator if it give around 13 - 14.7V when engine is running, your alternator is fine if it gives a higher or lower voltage than the range I stated, replace with exact type that came with your car. Don’t allow one kazeem mislead you.

You bought a pet python and it has started measuring itself with you to constrict you. Unfortunately to rectify this issue, I would advise you revert back to the exact type of engine that came with your car from factory. I am not an advocate of cut and join kazeem style shoddy repair job.

Regular struts are more pocket forgiving, the airbags are expensive and may ‘give up’ on the treacherous roads of ours. The regular struts rides a bit firmer tho and are longer lasting.

The 2007 lexus gs350 I drive vibrates a lot once you put the gear in drive . This continues as you continue to drive.
I just coughed up some amount to fix things related to the drive shaft as suggested by my mechanic..
However the issue is yet to be resolved
He told me my engine seat is ohkay....
Has anyone had similar experience or does anyone have a possible diagnosis and suggested management.

Those Lexus are known for that driveline or engine mount vibrations. It’s well documented. If you’re in Abuja contact me. I’d check and find where the exact vibration comes from and minimize or eliminate it.

Good evening everyone, the wire on the negative terminal on my battery got disconected and I drove straight back home for over 15km without connecting it back. which means I drove back home batteryless. Did I have anything to worry about. saying this because the battery has finally ran down. I fixed the wire as soon as I got home, run it for some time, locked the car and went to rest only for me to come back to pick sometging from the car
and discovered the battery has completely run down. Pls, anything to worry about?

Charge the battery you should be fine. However, I’d the battery fails to keep charge, replace the battery.

Please I really need help concerning my Camry 07 gear , Firstly let me tell u what happened ,I suddenly notice my gear select late and when I discovered I notice water enter d oil but I was surprised I didn’t enter any water so I was told from the radiator there’s a pipe that connect them and probably it leaks ,they tried all sort of tricks like flushing it but no avail and the drive stopped and only the reverse work fine and I was introduced to a gear operator ,he scanned it and this were d code below �

Sorry about this, I’d suggest you go the rather painful but rest assured route of replacing the transmission and the defective radiator or better still, getting an external transmission cooler installed. Use only genuine toyota transmission fluid type WS as a lot of oils out there are fake.
