I wanted to ignore but lemme oblige you just this once.

You cannot confirm an engine to be 100% problem free.

I have seen a brand-new Toyota Hilux with a failed alternator after a trip of just one kilometre. This is a personal experience.

However I am not supporting Gazzuzz here. He failed to manage the client and this is why it got escalated.
Sir, you may not know the total story from the begining hence you think or feel Gazzuzz didn't manage client well. There are some clients that are just out for troubles. I know this story very well right from the onset.. Because of this man, Gazzuzz suspended one of his senior staffs. A lot have been going on. What more support can someone get from a used part than giving the buyer 3,000Km or 3 months or which ever comes first. As if it's not enough, when the whole buyers protection got elapsed, he was called to come over and get his money and drop the engine?

What other support do you expect that Gazzuzz should give? Same man who's spouse and friends were all insulting and rude to Gazzuzz even before the whole thing just after buying a lemon corolla?

Yes! That wasn't the engine I paid for but that was what you showed me that is available. You said if I can pay "NOW" I will get it then I asked how much you said "220k".

Unfortunately, when the money was ready you said you cannot betray the customer that it's all about relationship ( you were still sounding like an angel), that you would get me an engine like that that you don't sell anyhow engine
.

It is glad you responded to this, kindly respond to others too... And let them know how insulting you are
Classic case of greed, and mindset of deceit.

When something was available, you were shown, you didn't make commitment. When it was paid for and awaiting delivery to new owner, you now wanted it at all cost otherwise you'd label the seller a fraudulent folk when you're the one who's actually fraudulent.

Keep up with the story we are learning and observing.

My lexus gx460 has a problem oo. Between 80-110 km/hr the steering vibrates a lot especially when I step on the brakes but once I'm no longer in that speed range everything goes back to normal.
I have done wheel balancing at 2 different total filling stations and also changed brake discs and brake pads but problem persists. Please how do I fix this
Your truck is an off-road vehicle with multiple control arms and any of them could have worn out causing such vibrations. I'd advice you check the whole arms and bushings and bolts. If all of them are okay, replace brake discs and pads with brand new OEM specs.

Cheers!

It isn't wickedness. It's most probably the expectations of the OP. Seller ask him to bring his car so he can take back his part, instead of him to do so, or find a way to get the part back to seller, he rescinded on the assistance and came here to start a needless smear campaign.

Seller returns to source person na

Why should. Consumer bear rusks despite their funds?
Oga, have you ever ordered an item abroad that went bad? Most cases, they'll ask you to send it back then when they receive it. They'll refund. Its in some cases that the seller will give buyer a refund and tell seller no need to ship back.

GAZZUZZ has asked buyer to bring vehicle and when part is un installed, he gets his money back. It's in my opinion a good way out of this issue.

That's why before staking ones address and name one should consider all of these factors in business and then use a stable supplier. Some suppliers in car parts market ten years deliver steadily.
Like I said, no matter what it is, a used part has been subjected to wear and tear and there is no guarantee.

Some weeks ago, I was fixing a vehicle, I bought OEM brand new parts, they went bad all. I had to return them, the seller refused accepting them. Parts fail even when in storage or in transit.

May the nothern thunder ⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡ always fire Gazzuzz and anything he represents. This 419 would preach goodness but act otherwise.

He sold a worked engine for me as tokunbo engine yet insult me like I'm collecting it as credit or free. The engine he sold for me for N220k . What will you say about a "tokunbo" engine that engine oil( the one he recommended and bought) dries up just in less than 1000miles. I poured another 4litre it has short again.

May Gazzuzz generation feel the pain I'm feeling now and the one he made me feel except I got the money through a dubious way too.. He made me cough out almost N400k upon insult and abuse oooo yet the engine he bought and fixed for me is a worked engine.

He showed me a clean tokunbo engine but gave me a worked engine, may the force of universe take advantage of your ignorance and work against you in all ramifications of your life.

Very very dubious human being... Dubious and arrogant.

Each time I bought Mobil 5w30 I swear for your generation. Imagine me using 4gallons of Mobil 5w30 in the space of 2000miles.

Very very wicked being... When I complained he asked me to bring the car and he remove the engine and pay me back my money. Very stupid being indeed. My soul swear for you each time I remember
Is this not good enough for you?.what else do you need? Or are you expecting him to buy a 2020 corolla for you?

Pls, do not ruin your life by insulting me. I am not the cause of your woes and misfortune.

GAZZUZZ has given you an option of refunds when you bring the car to him so he can remove his engine yet you're all-over the internet wailing.

This is so wrong. Where is the document the op signed that reflected all this you spelt out

Professionals ought to check things up before jumping into transactions. In the end they stake their names hence the need to perform due diligence because if things don't go according to plans, it's them who have the business brand being used to conduct business. And not to deflect saying all you just said
No matter how professional you are, a lot of times, used parts are huge gamble. It's till it is installed and tested very well then you'd notice the part is bad or not functioning as intended. Ever wondered why tokumbo engine sellers would give you 3-5 days warranty on engine. And when you complain that it's bad, in most cases, they'll supply you ring, gasket, Crankshaft, camshaft etc instead of another direct tokumbo engine?

If I misunderstood you, forgive me. He has no right to give you such a short timeline. If you're not satisfied, go with a police if gentleman arrangement doesn't work
Ofemmanu1:
Honestly, 24hrs is too short for such deal.
However, if you return it you may end up getting only the Engine money, the other things amounting to like 100k are not refundable.

Meanwhile, Gazzuzz should come and clear things up.

Things like this could be so painful esp when it comes to the love you have for the car.
Some car parts are trial and error. Some car parts are even without return policy or warranty. Once you buy and pick it, no refunds. But GAZZUZZ gave him a very good option. Police can't do nothing here if OP has signed and agreed to the terms and conditions spelt out before him. Even the court won't do nothing. The best bet here is to seek gentle man way out of whatsoever he is in.

I saw a tokunbo Honda civic 2007, fall in love with it, the price is within my budget, after some research as usual i found out that it's also cheap to maintain like my previous corolla 05. And also fuel efficient and no leg issues like Accord. But the set back is that it's too low to the ground considering 9ja road factor. Can i buy a big tyre or is it advisable to raise the car? Please your opinions
Bigger tyres will do the job well.
Car Talk › Re: 09/10 Venza Oxygen Sensor & Fuel Guage Issue by kingreign(m): 2:41pm On Nov 21, 2020
HenriXI:
Good afternoon everyone...

Please i need advice on some issues i am experiencing with my vehicle. i use an 09/10 Venza V6 and i recently changed my fuel pump assembly (The whole plastic that sits inside the fuel tank under the rear driver side seat. it had the Pump, Filter and gauge along with it. - Tokumbo)

after the installation, i noticed that my fuel pin on the dashboard doesn't move as it used to (i initially felt my car had been more fuel efficient after the installation). i kept using the vehicle until it went off in the middle of the road - at this time, my fuel gauge was showing that i had about 25% of fuel left in the tank. long story short - my mechanic came, did his thing and - there was no fuel in the tank.

Fast-forward to where i am now.

I'm made to understand my Venza has two fuel gauges, One on the fuel pump assembly and another under the passenger side seat.

I'm told that the number on the fuel gauge variable resistor (SIM CARD as my mechanic calls it) has to match before the gauge can work well. now the rear passenger seat side has a SIM CARD with the number 125 while the one on the fuel gauge i just replaced has 108 on it...

my mechanic had a gauge in his shop with the 108 SIM CARD (taken from a Camry gauge) so he simply swapped it out for the 125 that was on the opposite side.

The gauge seem to work better but its still not perfect. Two days ago i had just about half tank of fuel when i pulled into a fuel station to refuel. to my surprise it took 61 Litres to fill my tank (and we all know that Venza tank is about 67Litres in capacity). so obviously i had lower fuel in my tank than what was showing on my dash.

I was at Toyota yesterday and i was given a bill of 43k (for parts alone) for a gauge with this part number 83320-0T010.
43k for a fuel gauge is pretty expensive.

Second issue is about my Oxygen sensor - I'm Getting a P0156 Code that has to do with Oxygen Sensor Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2).

Toyota sells this sensor for #75,210 (75k) with part number 89465-0T010.

Please share your thoughts on a more affordable way i can sort out this issues.

Thank you in anticipation... (#I don't Live In Lagos)
The price for O2 sensor brand new Denso is about 75-85k depending on where you purchase it. Ensure it's same part number as your own existing unit. As for the fuel Pump ASSY, ensure its exact same match as yours.

These cars require parts with compatible part number to match theirs in order to effectively work.

Cheers!
