My 02 Avalon with 1mz vvti engine had oil pump issue . affected the crankshaft so i changed the crankshaft metals and main bearing plus the oil pump .the engine was put back . the problem now is the engine runs for lets say 30 secs and drops . if u on it again it will run so same period and drop am thinking is it mechanical or electrical maybe if the mechanic didn't plug something well because there's no security in the car . Help

na car wey we dey use o! moreover he does not even need to change just a gentle fist tap under the steering will restore the shit na! well information is power joor ! and moreover been at the mechanic the mech guy may have forgotten the key on the ignition while working on the car e.g hiting the car with the key in can cause such problem, however just a fist tap like 3 times will reset the trash and the eis will recognise the key and the steering will unlock joor

haaaahaaaa,let the doubters come to ogbuka obosi in onitsha and see wonders,more than 10 cars/SUVs 2012/17 models will be sliced and dismantled so they can fit in a container, even if custom open the container it's spare parts, dismantled engines and gear,wires packed in bags and cut body parts will be what they will see,when they arrive it will be joined and assembled so perfectly that you can't know happened,if an engineer from Lexus/ Mercedes will see what this guys are doing with their beloved cars they will have a heart attack.

Not with this type of car.

There's nobody with enough competence and equipment to carry out this type of job in Nigeria without tell tale signs when you inspect the vehicle.

Greetings gurus in the house, so I took my car for an oil/filter change today only to discover my mech poured the entire 5quarts mobil 1 into the engine rather than toyota recommended 4.4quartz. I know it's a bad idea to have excess oil in an engine, but is the extra 0.6qt significant to cause damage??
Car is an 09 corolla, 2zr-fe and factory recommended oil refill capacity with filter replacement is 4.4qtz.
