If my guess is right that is a toyota sienna. Doing that speed on a mini van is stupid especially when it is a transport vehicle. If it were a personal vehicle it would have been a bit fair. I myself traveled from Lagos to owerri last week for a wedding and my top speed was 140km/hr in my 05 accord. Not that i can't go beyond that, but because I had my family in my car and I didn't see any reason to go beyond that.

I wanted to purchase one myself. Believe me this car comes cheap and is not in the scope of any person who is about owning a car for the first time. A dealer in the USA offered one for 2500 US dollars.( about 500,000NGN). The car has been sitting in his lot for many years and nobody seemed to be interested. People who visited his shop would always go for a more recent car. A deal was nearly struck but I decided to get a quote from the Nigeria Customs Service as per clearing charges. The bill I got surpassed both the cost and shipping of the car totalled together. In fact it shot through the roof. Reason they gave for this is that vehicle is more than 15years old and as a classic/luxury vehicle the duty is calculated specially. So I walked away.

You're wrong, very wrong, absolutely wrong. MB is designed for beauty of finish and luxury. This comes at an expense of reliability.

Lemme give you a practical example of what reliability means.

I buy a car today (15 year old Tokumbo) but I don't service it, I don't follow normal periodic inspection, all the Xmas lights comes up on my car, I still don't care, everything starts falling off, I still don't care, yet, the car is driven for over 2-3years in this state before it starts giving problem.

Reduce the oil, it could cause damage to catalytic converter.

A 2002-2006 CAMRY has a 2.4 i4 as standard 3.0V6 which was changed to a 3.3V6. This is mated to a 4sp auto/5speed manual, and in the SE and 3.3 V6, its mated to a 5sp auto. Isn't that enough to leave a peugeot tailing its dust. This same car has mcpherson struts at all wheels, plus LSD front and rear, with lower arm front. Isn't this enough to provide grip and performance?

Those cans are usually found in hardcore crosscountry offroad suvs such as landcruisers, landrover discoverys etc. These trucks are usully bought as fleet vehicles by NGOs such as WHO, FAO and UN.
The easiest way (which isnt really easy) to get those gallons are thru military men and NGO drivers.
