I've been in Abuja for a month now,and I love how calm and peaceful it is especially the area I stay which is Gwarinpa,second Avenue.

Now I'm thinking of relocating from Uyo To Abuja by September this year.
I know things are expensive but I love how everywhere is calm and nice compared to Lagos where everywhere is crowdy,noisy and stuffs I can't keep up with like heavy traffic and so on

Is there any challenge you have living in Abuja or any regrets?
Is there anything you would want me to know?

Do the 02 spacers sold everywhere now WORK? my honda Pilot 07 has been drinking my fuel for the last one month and it's abnormal, codes keep pointing to catalyst efficiency and also the 02 sensors , I want to know if the spacers will really do the job or just a waste of money

Reduce weight, remove all the chairs, radio, AC component, extra tire, jack, wheel spanner also never buy full tank but quater tank. With all these removed, your fuel mpg will improve

My Hyundai Sonata 2015 sport 2.0T suddenly goes off and when I start it, I began hearing a knocking sound. My mechanic confirmed it's a knocking sound.

He says my two options are either to get a crank shaft with metal and bearing

Or get a new engine.

The former is cheaper but will it be a sustainable fix if done well?

I don't stay in Lagos. The city mpg was gotten in osogbo. I recently changed my plugs and air filter, and my thermostat is present. I also did my alignment recently, so that is also out. I'll check the fuel pump filter and injectors.

A vtc code came on recently, but that's after I got 30.8mpg on highway driving, so I am not sure if that is the cause of the bad city mpg.

The first right question to ask is how long did he drive in the city driving. How many miles did he cover in the city driving. Then you can compare the mpg and the mph

Its perfectly OK. On the highway you can cover almost 100 miles km an hour with the engine running at low rpm and the car working at highest gear ratio. But in city driving very frequently distance is covered with more engine rpm and a lot of start and stops

My 2008 Honda Accord got me 30.8 mpg on the highway but only 10mpg in city driving. I think the difference is too much.

Pls what can be the issue? Scanned the car, no codes.

My Lexus GS 300 is having strong steering. I was told to change the rack but I don't believe it's the rack. I think it's more of an electric issue cos the steering gets soft when I start the car but it later gets hard again like it's having partial contact

I have been dealing with high fuel consumption on my Avensis 2008.

I just realized that the car doesn't have a catalytic converter.

I asked my mechanic to check if there's an existing line in the event it was stolen.
Mechanic says there is no existing line for an oxygen sensor.

What can I do to reduce fuel consumption on the car

If I really loved the V6 I would have gone for it after a careful consideration of its drawbacks.
Foreign-used are usually better but doesn't mean you can't get a good Naija-used. Detailed pre-purchase inspection by someone who knows his onions is gold. Knowing a bit of the service history if available will help. E.g. Seahorse ATF in the transmission
I hear you on CVT. Not bad at all. You get used to the new feel.

Car is doing good, no complaints.
