Have you considered the built up areas that you intend passing your pipelines through?

Building a coastal refinery in Akwa Ibom near oil jetties which will be supplied by coastal pipelines is cheaper and far more easier to build.

There is also the gain of transporting refined products via ships to the adjourning coasts for onward transfer in land and even for export.

It's ridiculous to rely on sympathy to gain advantage. Let's face it, if it comes down to merit (as it should), no serious employer would consider this lady for a decent white collar position.
