I was employed by a Multi- National and posted to Norway. I knew no one in that company.

Stop lying to people pls. We were 3 in my class that joined this company at the same time and we knew no one. I also helped another lady to join same company, by coaching her.


The other companies there I cannot list.

Its wrong when ppl come to a public forum and other ppl that they are lying and use fake stories to buttress their points.

I also try to release less abt my company except to ppl that write me outside NlD.

The quota system is divided into so many groups.

Influential leaders of oil communities have their candidates.
Top government officials and top senior oil execs have theirs.

The few remaining spot is highly competitive.
Intelligent students are head hunted from foreign schools.
Experienced staff, both local and expatriates are also headhunted.

You are left with less than 10% from which random intelligent young graduates are taken from those who scale the aptitude test.
Experienced staff who apply and meet the requirements are also considered.

For anyone to be amongst that 10% group you have to be very smart or very lucky.

Don't let anybody deceive you that they can get you in with a snap of the finger.
Lot's of people here are only talking from their Nysc or IT experience with an oil company. They don't know jack.

Submit your cv to the gate man or whomever and it ends up in the shredder.
Staff who have worked for 20yrs can't even get their people into the industry.

A Student of University of Calabar was beaten by her boyfriend for burning a pot of white rice on Sunday afternoon.

Reports gathered stated that the girl left the rice and was doing other house chores when the boyfriend perceived the rice burning.  He rushed to the kitchen and on opening the pot, he discovered the rice had burnt.

With anger, he rushed the poor girl and beat her mercilessly till the point nearby students and neighbours broke into the one room apartment to the guy from killing the girl who was already wounded with blood all over her body.

Eye witness said they heard shouting and cries and had to rush into the apartment to separate the fight as this has always been a reoccurring events

My Moms elder brothers' wives don't allow family members visit their houses. We have never ever fought them or confronted them. Its their house not our house. These women are legally married and have d right to admit whosoever they deem fit. Does d Nigerian constitution say that ur inlaws must live with you. Even though I will always welcome my inlaws with both arms, I won't force myself on anyone who doesn't want me. If I try initially and u keep rejecting me, I will respect myself and keep my distance. If he needs to save and doesn't ggive money to d family na d wife send am. If he is over worked at work and under pressure and thus can't attend family funtions, na d wife dey gossip am not to come.
