I've been using opay for more than 3 years now and I don't have a single issue with them.
Even when I lost my sim for one of the account I was using cos I couldn't login with out it and I asked the customer care for help I was told to retrieve my lost sim before I can login and that. I can say it's very reliable and if there is any case of fraud and mistake transfer of funds... I'm sure the customer service will help.
