It's either you or C12112

But here is the thing, if it's court the only thing delaying APL, that means the list should be ready by now.

Here's the thing. C12112 said "if you have strong connect you can check your name now."
Similar to what Napolitano said concerning his Boss's nephew.
My sincere question is, can your source/connect check for your name on the list? or can it confirm to you that there's no successful list at the moment?

Truth is, everything is ready. & March is the deal.

True. Besides there is always another candidate that will be willing to part with higher amount than 5M.

Example, december DPR slots that was for 1M/1.5M, someone bought two for 3.5 for his siblings.

Yesterday, NEMA slot is for 500k/700k, and someone was already begging to pay 1M.

Mcslize:

If you don't have Publisher Rocket, you can still find profitable keywords by browsing through the various book categories on Amazon. Every category has best sellers with the Best seller tag. Set your browser to private and browse through the various categories, you will see best seller books. Look at their titles.

A book with a best seller tag on shows that such book is selling. Such books usually have their main keyword in their titles. While others in the subtitles. You just have to take a critical look at the title and fish out the keyword the writer used. Once you've been able to identify the keyword, head on to Amazon search bar and type the keyword on the search bar and click search to see the number of books that are using that particular keyword.

Check the reviews of the first 10 books of your search. Are the reviews positive? Is there any negative review on the best seller book? If there is any negative review, can you tailor your book in line with the best seller book and address the negative review you found in the best seller book? Those should be your interests.

Check out the table of content of the best seller book of your interest that you will like to write on and tailor your book according to that with your unique contents.

Thanks for this information.

Okay great. How do you find profitable keywords? For someone that does not have RocketPublisher ... Is their a specific pattern you follow bin writing your books?

Hello fellow indies, I hope you are all taking this business seriously. All thanks to the creator of this thread.

What I am about to write will definitely serves as an encouragement to someone.

Well, I am not a newbie in this business any more.I liberated myself from newbie long time ago. I started kdp 1st of September, 2017. I should be celebrating 2yrs plus anniversary in this business if I am to do that.

But here is the thing; one mistake people make when they begin this business is having the mindset to blow instantly. This business is not like that. You will surely blow but what will make you to blow in this business is not your mindset but your persistency and constant action.

A couple of persons do back out once they are not making sales. Now, let me tell you about this 2 years of my stay in this book publishing business.

When I started, I wrote my first book, designed my cover and published, but no single sale came through. I went on to write the second, still no single sale. I carried on to the third, fourth, fifth then along the line, I made one sale. That sale brought hope to me. I continued to the sixth, seventh, down to my 10th book. Do you believe I couldn't boost of $10 a month from those 10 books? But that didn't make me relent.

I continued writing up to 20 books and I was able to make $50. A mind was telling me if this business was for me at all? People were raking in lots of money with couples of books but here I was having 20 books and couldn't boost of $50. Whenever I experienced such thoughts, I pushed them away and say to myself: this is not a get rich quick business.

When you see this business as a get rich quick type of business and you do not achieve your expectation on time, you will experience the thought of giving up when you've not even written up to 5 to 10 books.

Now, can I tell you why I was not making sales even though I had over 20 books in my beginning years? It was because I wasn't carrying out proper keywords research before writing. I wrote those books blindly that was why I couldn't even boost of 50 bucks monthly from them.

The most painful part was when I wrote 10 particular forbidden books that raked in about $1000 for me but trust me, my account got terminated. What a big blow on me! That made me feel so terribly bad when I got that termination email from Amazon.

However, they included in the email that I would be paid the money. Normally, when amazon terminate your account, they will tell you whether you would be paid your already earned royalties or not. So when I saw that they will pay me the $1000 royalties I already earned from those books, I didn't feel the pain of my account being terminated much but rather I was strategizing on how to open another to start afresh. Alas, I got paid about N340,000 from the proceeds of those books cuz I sold the funds to my exchanger at the rate of N340/$1 as at then.

Mind you, starting afresh means I will have to write entirely new books and begin publishing. The over 30 books I wrote in the terminated account shouldn't in any way be published again by me to prevent any trace of my previous account being linked with the present through those books.

Well, it was a terrific pain to me, having to start afresh. But I think I am grateful I did. I never for one day have the thought of giving up any way, that contributed hugely to my motivation.

I started afresh, but this time, with proper way of doing things. Imagine you having 20 books and can't boost of making 50 bucks not even 20 bucks a month. If you were to be the one, what will you do? You will give up, won't you? Definitely you will if and only if you do not configure your mind from the beginning to succeed in this business despite whatever comes as the outcomes.

After starting afresh 5 months ago, I set my first target of $300 which had been able to achieve so far. Now, I have set my next target of $600 which I will love to achieve this month or next due to my schedule.

One thing is that, I have not really been consistent with my writing due to my schedule. Being that I have other things doing, have not really grant me the apple time to stuck my Amazon book shelf with loads of books.

So, what exactly am I trying to say? I want to let you know that this business requires:

1. Tough persistency

2. Strong motivation

3. A never get rich quick mindset

4. Profitable keywords

5. Excellent contents

6. Good book description

7. Good cover

8. Consistent writing

9. A never back out spirit

10. Prayer to crown it all.

In all, it is never a smooth journey, if you are not determined. Doing things blindly can contribute to your delay to make it faster in this business. But if you read everything that pertains to this business and how each is done and you follow suit, you will achieve your target faster than when you do not follow a proper course of doing things.

A good book cover is required even if your content is great. A perfect book description is required even if your cover is great. You must take care of every aspects of the publishing without leaving out any of the part or rushing through them.

Go through your description; do you notice any grammatical error? Have it corrected. Put yourself in the shoes of the buyers, take a critical look at your book cover, if you were to buy that your book, is the cover eye catchy enough to your eyes? If not then change it.

I can design cover myself but not so professionally. Thus, I always make sure I pay a professional book designer to design my covers for me. With that, all my covers always look great from afar even before you click on the book. This I didn't do when I started out in my previous terminated account. I thought I could design my cover myself to cut cost but they always look horrible in appearance. That's one mistake I made. Since then, I never design my covers myself. I pay to have them designed to a professional level.

So, I do hope that someone will pick one or two things from this episode so far so good.

The watch word? Keep writing, write, write , write and write more till you hit your monthly target and keep the target rolling back to back after achieving them. When you achieve one, you set another and so on and so forth.

Can I send you a PM?
